The staff knew the definition of hospitality from the moment we got there and Rudolfo settled us into our rooms and showed us the happy hour free snacks (meatballs, yum!), pool with lounging chairs and umbrellas and hot tub. They also provide continental breakfast, but there are plenty of restaurants and coffee houses close by. Our flight was later, so they kept our bags for us, let us use their bathroom and gave us water. The location was perfect, next to Duval St, Hemingway House, Beaches, no need for a car. Definitely want to return!

Key West has lost any of thd old appeal. Food and drinks are unacceptable for whoever is looking for a quality time, with memory of the history and the magic of the sunsets. The type of offer is for one-day shot and cruise tourism. Low level restaurants ( but expensive), drinks, men’s clubs, drag queens, pathetic music… nothing remains of the past Magic.

Heaven! Easily walkable but you can rent bikes and golf carts and the Duval Loop is $1.00. Good food, good music, clean. Still has some of the Live and let Live vibes. Not for everyone but it sure is for me :) Sunsets, of course. Sunset Pier bar has great music. Visit the Green Parrot on Whitehead for Bingo on Mondays to raise money for island non-profits. Visit the Key West First Legal Rum Distillery on Simonton for the best Key Lime Colada and tour. Blue Heaven for Brunch. So much to do! Visit the AIDS Memorial to be humbled. KW Garden Club is nearby too repurposed old fort.

I don’t know who is writing the good reviews. Tried checking in and no one there at the front desk. No one would answer the phone. 20 minutes later someone finally showed up. A little worried that we would have to find another place, but it probably would have been better. The hotel needs major updating. In the shower there is a just a busted up hole in the wall where the shower head comes out. The mirror is so old there are black spots all over it. I should’ve took pictures.

It is a tourist town that offers a few attractions and an endless supply of bars and restaurants. Key West hosts cruise ships right in the center of town so it can get out of hand; most cruisers seem to gravitate back to the ship to eat their already paid meals so we did not have a crowding problem at restaurants. Check ahead for special events as our short stay fell between Fantasy Fest and off shore boat racing.

The resort offers a free shuttle into downtown that was really helpful if you dont rent a car. Pool was clean and staffed for the chicken walk restaurant. Property was clean and fairly maintained. The rooms were clean, bed was firm, pillows were flat. The small beach area was good for lounging in the sun. The negatives are the pricing in the restaurants and the drinks although they are similar to many of the restaurants in the area, the food however was prepared well and the staff was pleasant. Overall I would recommend this resort.

We unintentionally coincided with Fantasy Fest. What a blast. Been described as Spring Break for old people.
We dived Vanderburg Wreck with Captains Corner Diving. They were great. If you are unfamiliar with the wreck, book a guide as you only have a short bottom time.
Parking is absolutely extortionate Be prepared to pay about $60 for daily parking. There is a public bus but was a bit sporadic. It's a shame that the public transport is not better.
The trolley bus tour is expensive but really good to see all the sights. You can get on and off at each of the sights - We used it for the whole day to get around. If you are really clever you can park the car close to one of the far out stops and get the trolley bus in.
Judy Blooms bookshop is worth a visit. It made my wife's day. Judy works there and if you're lucky you get to say hello to her if she is there.

Firstly, they have very friendly and helpful staffs. During check-in, the staff at the reception introduced every facility at the hotel and cool things to do around the area. The welcome drinks were also nice. Then, the room was extremely well decorated too, with very nice balcony views and a comfy bed. Lastly, it’s located in the central of Key West, close to the beach and Hemingway Museum. Overall we’re very satisfied and will recommend.

Beautiful and cosy hotel with kind and welcoming staff. I really couldn’t recommend it enough. The pool area was clean and beautiful and never busy because guests are always put exploring. The porches for each property are so lovely and it felt like being part of historic key west. Within walking distance to all shops and restaurants too.

Centrally located in Key West, didn't have to bother with the car for the whole stay as you can walk anywhere (restaurants, shops, Duval Street, Mallory Square,...).
