What an amazing place and such a great surprise !! It is an old steel factory converted into a hotel with the perfect mix of maintaining the original character while being a newly renovated 4-star hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, and we loved our tour of the reception hall along with a history lesson of the original purpose. The room was very spacious with high ceilings, the bed very comfortable and breakfast included with a waterfront view was an extra bonus. We will definitely stay there again on our next travels.

Fantastic friendly and helpful staff. Location to train station and easy walk to main street. Lovely equipped room, so felt like a real retreat. Extra touches were evident throughout. Restaurant food was a bonus, so good for gluten free folk!
