We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions but still peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! The Italian restaurant is sooo delicious

Staff was VERY pleasant and accommodating at the front desk, in the snack shop inside the water park, at the restaurant and even in the game room. All areas throughout the hotel (water park, game room, hallways, etc.) were kept clean and tidy despite being fully booked.

    I love the boat cruises (lots to pick from). Walking is quite easy in the downtown area, but the parking can be horrible. It is much easier to find a parking spot if you arrive in the downtown area between 8:00am and 9:00am. After that, GOOD LUCK! Once you have found a place to park, however, you can reserve the spot for at least 5 hours. Just sitting down by the water's edge is very relaxing. There are plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. Lake Geneva is just one of my "HAPPY SPOTS".

    Walking the path around Lake Geneva (part way) was so fun. There are so many cute shops and fun outdoor seating restaurants. We took a boat tour of the lake. It can be pure relaxing or hiking, kayaking and biking are available too.

    My friends and I like to attend tribute concerts at the Belfry Theater in Williams Bay (about a 15 minute drive from Lake Geneva). This is always excellent entertainment. I like the Mexican and breakfast menus at Lucke's Cantina which is about a mile from the Belfry so we go there on most visits. There are good breakfast places in downtown Lake Geneva. Parking downtown is by ParkMobile app and I have gotten a ticket in the time between parking and walking to the parking station to pay for the parking. Walk quickly. I enjoy the summer lake cruises and the small downtown shops. Just don't like the parking. Winter visits are usually much less expensive than the peak summer tourist season unless the city is having a special event.

    Our little happy place.

    Our little happy place. Good spot for couples while also being very family friendly. Something for everyone...great food, enjoyable night life and depending on where you stay, walking distance to the majority of the downtown area.

    Other than boat tours, the beach and shopping, there isn't much else to do at Lake Geneva. All the metered paid parking is a nightmare if you don't know how it works. It's can be a problem with the time limit also.

    Staff at the front desk was rude and not helpful. We checked in past the guarantee check in time and our room wasn’t ready. We waited over an hour to get a terrible room . We changed rooms to a room closer to the pool. We asked for a late checkout since we couldn’t get into our room until 6:30pm. The desk agent warned me that I better be out of the hotel by 1:00pm not just leavening the room. How rude! Unfortunately, we will never stay here again.

    The condo is very nicely decorated and, while you need to drive into Lake Geneva, it's convenient to be able to walk to the Ridge Hotel for the amenities and restaurant. The kids enjoyed the tennis court (the outdoor pool was closed for the season). Lake Geneva is a lovely town and you can't beat the walk by the lake side that starts in town. Communication with the hostess was excellent. Thank you!
