The parking was a little tight, but everything else made me overlook that. The pool and pool area were quiet, clean, and very inviting. The rooms and bathrooms were plenty big enough. Even though we didn't use the kitchen, it was very well stocked. The 6 person dining table was a great spot to get some work done. The AC is super cold which was nice coming in from the heat. The cell service and wifi were a little slow, but we were on vacation, so no big deal.

Nothing about Lake Havasu was good. I did not "choose" to visit Lake Havasu. I had a long desert drive and it seemed like a slightly better option than running out of gas in the middle of the desert late at night, so I stopped. I tried to get a bite to eat at a burger place with "good reviews". I didn't expect fine china but I thought maybe, you know... a plate. Nope. Lousy beer menu. I chose water but then stopped drinking it after a single sip and my inability to discern what exactly it tasted like while also wondering why my water had any taste at all. They "served" me a mediocre burger and worse fries wrapped in paper with some funky homemade ketchup that tasted like tomato paste with sugar on top. Then 13 (yes, I counted) super friendly Midwestern tourists decided they liked my dog so they jumped over the 4-foot fence, taking care not to spill their Miller Lite, to come join me at my covered outside seating and then chatted me up about all things casserole, tattoos, and boat racing over the smell of their cigarettes and the soothing sounds of their crying children. My mind escaped to thoughts of, "I hope these people don't actually vote" and I hope these people don't visit other countries and cause said countries to think this is a reference standard of what America produces". Alas, I fear I am wrong on both accounts. This was just one experience and possibly does not reflect the entirety of Lake Havasu. But, from the visual cues around me over the next 10 hours I was there, it seems fairly representative. If the U.S. nuclear arsenal needs another desert nuke test site, I might select Lake Havasu.
Lake Havasu is a great spot to travel especially if you have a boat or any water toys. You can also pay to ride the ferry, rent jets skis or a boat. They have plenty of beaches to have fun, The london bridge is very nice with plenty of places to grab some really good food. Its a small town so everything is close by. Plenty of things to see and do.
We only had one night but can easily stay a few more nights! We went in July so it was WAY too hot (115) being from Vegas we didn't want any more heat..lol so we'll be back in the fall. We love the paddle boards we rented and the shops and restaurants.
We just stayed one night and one day. Facing the genuine London bridge and understanding how it was rebuilt on land was amazing. We had dinner at La Vita Dolce (Italian) and their food was excellent, freshly home made. Renting a couple of jet skis in the morning to go around the island was a blast. Our lunch outside at The Chair next to the bridge was outstanding, its quality and fair price were unexpected for a touristy spot. This place is definitely worth the drive from Las Vegas or Phoenix for a weekend .
Restaurants were excellent. Very clean, upscale and safe city Margaritas at the Mexican restaurant and breakfast at Juicy,s were excellent. Ferry ride to Havasu casino was plus. Casino was not Smokey and very pleasant. London Bridge area has a lot to offer. Must go there
Lake Havasu is very nice to visit. We would not go back during the months of January or February it is a little to cool for us. I don’t think i would spend more then three days there unless you have a rental to go other places. Walking is a big part of sight seeing in Lake Havasu
