Breakfast was terrible, there was no juice and it only had cold cereal and store bought tiny muffins. Coffee had grounds in it.

I love walking around the London Bridge area.

I love walking around the London Bridge area. All the shops are cute and easy to pop in and out of. The people are friendly. Happy I took the time to find the State Beach and it didn't matter that it was windy and chilly in mid-November. I was still able to sit and enjoy what the water does for me/my soul.

I was in Lake Havasu City with the Hot Rod Power Tour. After seeing the area, I want to come back and spend more time here. Exploring the area and spending time at the beach are some of the things I want to do on my next trip here.

It has alot of restaurants/bars in the London Bridge area...

It has alot of restaurants/bars in the London Bridge area walking distance from hotel, or easy access by boat with courtesy docks on both side of the channel. Several beaches close by, and a couple ramps (1 free) for putting boats/seadoos in water. The lake itself is really nice! Water is clean and warm. Great for swimming or just a quick dip.

Fun party atmosphere but can be for families as well.

Fun party atmosphere but can be for families as well. The history of the city and London Bridge are nice to learn about. Weather is great in the spring but gets hot in the summer. Everyone is nice and accommodating.

    Great atmosphere.

Great atmosphere. The Pontoon boat rental made is great and the things we could see from the boat out by the coves was great We ate at the fish and chips place right under the bridge and it was good.

Nothing about Lake Havasu was good.

Nothing about Lake Havasu was good. I did not "choose" to visit Lake Havasu. I had a long desert drive and it seemed like a slightly better option than running out of gas in the middle of the desert late at night, so I stopped. I tried to get a bite to eat at a burger place with "good reviews". I didn't expect fine china but I thought maybe, you know... a plate. Nope. Lousy beer menu. I chose water but then stopped drinking it after a single sip and my inability to discern what exactly it tasted like while also wondering why my water had any taste at all. They "served" me a mediocre burger and worse fries wrapped in paper with some funky homemade ketchup that tasted like tomato paste with sugar on top. Then 13 (yes, I counted) super friendly Midwestern tourists decided they liked my dog so they jumped over the 4-foot fence, taking care not to spill their Miller Lite, to come join me at my covered outside seating and then chatted me up about all things casserole, tattoos, and boat racing over the smell of their cigarettes and the soothing sounds of their crying children. My mind escaped to thoughts of, "I hope these people don't actually vote" and I hope these people don't visit other countries and cause said countries to think this is a reference standard of what America produces". Alas, I fear I am wrong on both accounts. This was just one experience and possibly does not reflect the entirety of Lake Havasu. But, from the visual cues around me over the next 10 hours I was there, it seems fairly representative. If the U.S. nuclear arsenal needs another desert nuke test site, I might select Lake Havasu.
