This hotel was basically brand new when we stayed in August 2024. Very spacious bedrooms with bedroom and lounge areas (and two televisions) and nicely appointed bathrooms. We stayed as a family of seven and the hotel gave us two rooms right next door to each other. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool, even though is was a chilly evening when we were there..! We only stayed for one night to break up a long journey as part of a road trip around California and it was very comfortable, clean and excellent value for money. There are a handful of fast food restaurants nearby. Breakfast was great - help yourself to a selection of fresh food, with helpful staff on hand to assist. Highly recommended.

I was feet away from front desk. I heard no noise. Even when the breakfast was set feet from my door I had no idea all those who were dinning were out there. Doors prevented me from hearing anything and I was able to get rest

    The worst!!!

    The worst!!! Septic smell in and out of our room and hotel reeked. Morning manager said it never happened...night front desk lady was throwing up due to the smell....we were never moved or comp. Worst room lighting....two tiny NOVA bright lights by bed...nothing else. Sink was backing up, trees were dead, pool had been closed for years...weeds growing up around it. AVOID!!!! Stay down the hill heading north to the grapevine, CA at the Days Inn...worth the extra 20 bucks or so. Trash was in doorway and spills looked like they were there for a while....lots of flies and the door left open...so they got in our room. Manager should be fired. Not worth the price. If I made guests "Try" to sleep with the smell of septic crap IN THE ROOMS...I would have given a free night stay....not her.

    Okay for the price but no GPS can find this place.

    Okay for the price but no GPS can find this place. They need to update the address to something that it can find. Plan on bringing your own Shampoo they only have bar soap. Luckily there is a flying J and windy’s next door. The drink machines are all out of order so only Ice is available.

    A safe and very clean place to stay if you need to rest overnight on the grapevine. The mexican restaurant just up the road from the hotel was very good. Everyone I dealt with in Lebec were kind and very helpful. I was so grateful for this.

    I was traveling cross-country by motorcycle (SF to Key West...

    I was traveling cross-country by motorcycle (SF to Key West & back) so ANY place with a bed, working shower and maybe? Free breakfast... Lebec wasn't really on my itinerary, just happened to be the wide spot in the road where there was a hotel and my sorry ole butt gave out for the day. I'm certain Lebec, CA has GOT to be the gateway to some great desert explorations, it was certainly hot enough! But seriously, my travels took me through some absolutely wonderful, eclectic and beautiful areas of this country. I traveled mainly on secondary roads (and sometimes off-road, thanks Google Maps!) So I say yeah... check out the wierd, wonderful and ever-so-slightly off kilter attractions and wonderful wackiness this country has to offer

    I would recommend this motel 6 to everyone. we move semi's...

    I would recommend this motel 6 to everyone. we move semi's north and south on I 5. perfect place to stage going south. Mike 1 of the night shift personnel is 1 of the best in the business. we stay at about 70 to 80 motels a year. Roseville Minnesota will not be again. Corporate 6 needs to give lebec. 6 a reward.

    I was over charged for my room.

    I was over charged for my room. My credit card was charged twice for the same room. I have now spent time trying to correct this with both the hotel and Booking.com I had no help from the hotel. the person on the phone did not understand English. Booking.com sent me an email to download my overcharges. I will see what they do with that. The next step is to contact my card company and dispute the overcharge.
