The night staff, Johnathon? Was very helpful, going above and beyond to accomidate us. We drove over 14 hours without sleep since the day before, hit a deer, ended up lost, and eventually at the wrong hotel. He called them for us and got the reservation switched over.

    Did not eat breakfast. We were turned away. We booked the rooms because it said pet friendly. When we got there, we were told they did not allow cats. The info should read dog friendly or they should tell you that cats are not permitted. We went out for the Kansas City vs Buffalo game. We booked the room because it was close. We ended up having to drive 2 hours to the game and 2 hours back to our hotel. The hotel we had to book was at best a half star hotel, besides. But we were left with no choice just hours before the game.

    I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the hotel staff who were unhelpful. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone and email, I was unable to reach Kansas City. To my dismay, the hotel still charged my card, leaving me disappointed with the level of service I received. I caution others to be careful because this situation could happen to them too. This particular hotel seems to be unconcerned with customer satisfaction and may deduct money without justification.

    Room was absolutely well taken care of and near. Overall stay of the hotel was excellent and was happy with the stay. Ran very well and had no real problems with the stay. It was a nice quiet room with comfortable beds.
