We didn't spend time in the town other than a stop at Colorado Gifts across the street. We found some items for gifts and the clerk was very pleasant and spent time with us. We planned to attend the 7 PM Saturday evening Mass (as posted on their website) at the Catholic Church. We were delivering an Antler Chandelier to Colorado and booked two nights at The La Quinta Inn & Suites in Limon, Co. and it was one of the better places that I have stayed, and the price was extremely low compared to others. Great night sleep on the very comfortable beds. The property was clean inside and out .... The only thing that could be improved on was the biscuits and gravy, the gravy was more like milk. We’ve been through on road trips and have stayed there twice with a third coming up. We enjoyed two restaurants so far, Oscars and South Side, both being a bar and grill venue. So as ive said before we chose limon because it is a little over an hour from the denver airport. Town is clean and quiet and has some places to eat and stay and a nice park for children to play. Breakfast could have been a bit better, you have to cook your own eggs, toast, ect. Other than that it was a great place to stay, very clean and organized. The location is right off the highway and there are gas stations on the same exit to gas up before heading back out.Guest review byLavery
