The host was available within 1 minute to answer questions. The location related to downtown was excellent. My husband and I came to D to see Theo Von. This apartment was super nice and inviting. I felt like my car was safe in the gated parking lot. The neighbors in the building were so nice. After a night on the town, we were happy to go back to this spot and walk in to a clean, cool (temperature cool) apartment. We WILL be staying there again. Thanks so much!!

Having a door leading to the 2nd bedroom downstairs and a door dividing the main floor bedroom and bathroom from the rest of the place was perfect to give us each the morning privacy of sleeping in or getting ready for the day without disturbing one another. It was a beautiful, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Oh and we really enjoyed the live plants.

I loved this spot . It was an old coat factory . But on. The inside . The loft was perfect. We was able to smoke . But the window was huge with made the space feel large. Easy parking near the entrance. It was close to the water and the baseball stadium. So we caught a game .
