The location is lovely. It's a gorgeous neighborhood with easy access to everything in Boulder. While we mostly drove, it would have been very easy to access everything via bike or bus. There is a local supermarket, bakery and good restaurants within an easy walk of the house. Carla was responsive and helpful and provided many staples that are often missing from extended lodging situations. She also provided a generous supply of welcoming food items which was unexpected but delightful.

The Niwot Inn was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. It was enjoyable to be a ways out of a city in a tiny little village. The Inn itself was decorated beautifully with Southwestern style furniture to match the architecture, beautiful photos on the walls, and fine touches and Knick knacks that made it feel like you were visiting someone’s home. We were traveling with 4 adults, and they gave us adjoining rooms. The beds were very comfortable, the fireplace would be lovely on a chilly night, and the room has lots of places for luggage and seating. The bathroom had rock accents and fluffy white towels. The toiletries were high quality. There were lovely seating areas on the front porch and behind the building- and a jigsaw puzzle for guests to enjoy. Wi-Fi was very good and the network was secure. Breakfast was a light continental breakfast - frittata, granola, fruits and yogurts. Tea and coffee were available all the time. They set out cookies or Sweet Dreams teacups in the evenings. Very thoughtful touches!

The property was better than photos honestly! It was great for our family because there was so much to keep busy in the house but also so much space that we could have privacy too! Beautiful home! And the owner was so accommodating.

We landed in Denver Airport after a long international trip. We were delayed but allowed to check ourselves in at 2am. Our hosts had made up two rooms for my daughter and me even though we had only booked the one. They drove us to the bus station the next morning to help us get our hire car, even gave us cash to pay for the bus should we need it! Proper hospitality that!! The rooms were clean, coffee and fridge and netflix, we enjoyed jetlagging for a day or two before our onward travels. Personable and kind hosts, many thanks.
