We had a great time enjoying the outdoors and natural beauty...

We had a great time enjoying the outdoors and natural beauty of the area. Shopping options such as Walmart were readily available, which allowed us to have meals at our cottage pretty easily. The caverns are a spectacular must see attraction. The national park is probably underrated for it beautiful views and trails. We were only there a few days, but expect to return to see more. We did a rafting excursion and would like to come back to kayak next time. The one downside is there seemed to be limited dining options.

Luray what beautiful places in the world I’ve ever seen that...

Luray what beautiful places in the world I’ve ever seen that black Mountain maybe Corona, California those are some of the top places I’ve ever seen one of the places that you have to see. Definitely recommend going there if you’ve never been there, but do not stay at the Days Inn Wyndham in Luray, Virginia. Do not stay there. Please stay somewhere else.!!!! They will rip you off. They charge me $351 for four nights and then charge me $351 for a deposit never heard of that but yeah that was my deposit for my room. I was not told about that until the next morning when I seen the charge of my card But yeah and then was sold 714 days. I’ll get it back only when I got home on the 14th I kept checking and then finally on the 17th. I looked at my account only to see that they had taken it so yeah they try to rip you off, honey. Do not stay there but back to Larray beautiful beautiful very scenic very majestic the night sky the stars, the peace and if you’re lucky enough to make it to Shenandoah national Park is $30 for seven day pass it’s amazing.

Loved scenery. Hated no nearby farm to table eateries.

Loved scenery. Hated no nearby farm to table eateries. Finally found Cracker Barrel 40 minutes from our location. Winery that wedding took place was breathtaking. View of mountain and foliage was so beautiful.

Great little town.

Great little town. We came specifically for the Caverns which were incredible, but also enjoyed other attractions within that complex and more generally the picturesque small town. Very easy to get around by car.

Unbelievable beauty of GODS creation.

Unbelievable beauty of GODS creation. Perfect time there as there were only 4 other people in cave. If possible something for handicapped people and motorized wheel chairs would be helpful if not already available.

We stopped in Luray as part of the skyline scenic drive which is beautiful. If you’re in the area the Luray caverns are a must see and spectacular. Admission includes a visit to a car museum on site which a great collection of cars illustrating the history of transport.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to many attractions such as Shenandoah NP and Luray Caverns. The hotel grounds are beautiful and very spacious. We really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub in the evening. The breakfast was unfortunately disappointing and as always in the USA in no way comparable to German standards.

The location was walkable to downtown Luray. The outdoor pool was nice for kids but it wasn’t the cleanest. A restaurant was available if you wanted to have breakfast at the hotel and checkin provided a 10% off coupon. The free Wi-fi was fast.

We booked this hotel during our stay to visit Shenandoah National Park. The room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. It was very quiet and had a wonderful night sleep. Hotel is very close to the caverns, but we did not visit them.

Beautiful old building in the perfect location. The decor was lovely and suited the space. Recommend Room 9 The Tucker which had a small outside sitting area. The main hotel area was gorgeous. Definitely take the time to check it out.

Very modern, clean property within close proximity to local shops and Luray Caverns. The rooms looked great and the cleanliness level was excellent. Well stocked with towels and reasonable selection of cooking pots.
