We came for our anniversary, and from arrival to leaving, the staff were super accommodating (So sorry for forgetting the names, but you know who you are!). We got early and planned to leave our bags, but the room was already ready, and no games were played - we got it much earlier, which we appreciated very much.
The rooms are beautiful and modern, the location is perfect, right in downtown, very walkable to all the main attractions. The Gym was a really great added bonus.
The hotel bar and coffee are perfect - you don't really need to find a bar when you have such cocktails and coffee right downstairs.
But really, it was all about the people. The hotel staff, the barista, the barman - You made our stay.
Highly recommended.

Loved the resort style pool too. The restaurant was outstanding on main level and rooftop bar was special. Great location.

Memphis is a well-known landmark filled with cultural and music history references. Beale street is fun on Saturday night. We also visited Graceland and thought it was a bit disappointing. I think 1 night was just right, and ideally I'd recommend that it's a Friday or Saturday night. The city doesn't feel completely safe, so be cautious.

Too long, but blame the organizer of the conference, who didn't give us time to see the sights. Unfortunately, downtown Memphis shuts down early, so our experience was limited.
A lot of homeless people downtown. My impression was better than Detroit, but not by much.
Very friendly folks, though.

Great location, great staff, and great value for your money. As stated before, I have been coming for many years every year for over 20 years and spending a week, but this was. I would definitely stay at this facility again and also recommend it to anyone visiting Memphis.

Memphis was a trip for my best friend's birthday.
Memphis was a trip for my best friend's birthday. Although I would never have chosen to visit, I still appreciated the easygoing feeling I experienced in Memphis. It reminded me of what Florida was like in the 80s. I enjoyed the history and the lack of traffic and crowds. If there weren't any cold seasons, it would be the perfect place for me to retire.

4 days was about right and the city was a cultural vibe as we expected. Be aware the if you like your wine it's very pricey! Also taxi fares were very expensive so beware. If you like Blues n Soul this is the place for you. Sun Studios is a must. Graceland was great ut also be aware the merchandise everywhere you go. Beale Street is a must for music all day!

Really enjoyed our stay, we drove around the city and its very clean and well taken care of. We walked alot in the down town entertainment area and went to a show at the local theater, and a couple of clubs, the music was free and exellent. the only thing I'd are not a fan of is the "RED parking areas do not allow you to choose a parking time frame and only allow a 30 for 12 hours (we did not need 12 hours) or 50 for 24 hours, the street parking is about 1.25 an hour if you can find it. NOTE: Memphis like a lot of cities you should know you surrounding and plan accordingly. I.e. don't go into the areas that are not for you. Security in the down town entertainment district is exellent, dont stay out past a decent hour (I.e. 12 midnight then it can get sketchy....

We had a great time in Memphis and our time at this hotel was just as great. The staff were helpful with a special mention to Kanika T. who was always happy, cheerful and an absolute delight making our stay very pleasant. The hotel was very clean, there is a large breakfast area serving a lovely breakfast which was included in our cost. Main street is literally right behind the building with many shops and great food options within a walking distance. Beale St is a short 10 minute walk. A lovely hotel in a great location!

I absolutely loved this hotel, it was a super central location for visiting Memphis. The staff were lovely, the only thing I might have noticed that they were maybe a little understaffed! The breakfast was simple but very tasty. The bed was extremely comfy.
