cute, modern apartment, fully equipped, clean and chic. Perfectly located near downtown and in the Victorian district with beautiful mansions. Friendly and prompt contact with the host. I was worried about the safety of the area and it turned out to be safe. I walked home from downtown at night without any problems. Great stay!

Im rarely impressed by things anymore lol but guess what... Impressed! What a great value! And you know how sometimes renters take those catfish pics that are either from 2 years ago or have that just right angle to make it look better than it is...nope...opposite. It's even better in person. It's got a vibe... that's what both my guests said. Great location. You are literally across the street from a victorian house turned museum and less than 10 minutes to downtown. Very secure and completely gated. So comfy. Oh and did I tell I tell you the bathroom has a vanity nook with all your makeup accessory essentials? Guess what else the bathroom has...a bidet attachment on the toilet. Literally everything you need is there... but also a shampoo-body wash- conditioner hotel-style attachment in the shower, makeup wipes and cotton balls, bedside charging station, a sound machine for sleep, electric kettle for your tea drinkers, and one of those choose your own adventure coffee makers and yes they even have tea and coffee stocked in the cabinet. Id definitely stay again.

This place is great! It felt like a home away from home as it is fully equipped, especially for an extended stay. You'll find a very well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook for yourself, a big, super comfy bed, great sofa and living room area in a loft/studio style, but it was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is also huge, complete with a vanity and amazing makeup lights, mirrors, etc. I especially loved the attention to detail, the host is clearly going the extra mile and doing everything they can to make your stay perfect. From the outdoors to indoors, you'll find cute lights, techy charging stations for phone and smart watches, a white noise machine (which we didn't need at all, but was a nice touch), complementary umbrellas, even a yoga mat! Seriously an awesome place. The location is also great, right on the edge of downtown and on a lovely street with historical houses. We felt super safe also, particularly because there's a police station or something right behind it, so you feel the police presence when you drive by and parking your car (even on the back alley)

I booked this property because I liked the aesthetic and it did not disappoint. I was very comfortable while staying here, it’s very spacious and clean. It also, had a makeup area for all the makeup girlies. The area didn’t seem sketchy at all, I really liked that they had the apartments gated as well. It was quiet, there was no disturbance at all. The owners were great at communicating. I will definitely book again!

    Very modern apartment, easy self check in, amazing location (next to Civil Rights museum, short walk from Beale St, 10 mins to a nice grocery store), and even free washing machines and a pool at the property! highly recommend
