The friendly staff from the front desk to the maintenance worker to the cleaning staff they were all great. The facility was clean and easy to get too and will stay again next year. The breakfast buffet was great with a nice selection and the bonus was a lite meal from 6 to 7 at night so grand.

The room pictured on booking .com shows a clean, maintained room. The actual room is disgustingly filthy room that had cigarette burns in the sheets, paint on the curtains, tv did not work, and bathroom dirty with only one sparse towel for a room booked for two.

My stay was short. As I stated before in the other review. Bed, shower and Toilet were clean. Better Pillows would make a better stay. If someone actually sweep carpet and bathroom floor this would make a better stay. Thank you to the M.O.D. for not allowing the RUDE Courtney person in, who was trying to video for her 250K followers a "Viral scene". SO, she could not get into a room that was NOT hers to have access too. Rude Guest need to be diffuse in a manner that doesn't Make other Guest feel unsafe. Thank you to Manager for being Professional.

It's a good base to explore the state and regional parks. We stayed one night in a hotel and stayed at the parks for the rest of our stay. There was nothing we wanted to do downtown. It's pretty quiet but I come from a big city.

I booked this late and i messaged the property that I would be there within the hour . When I got to the hotel the night clerk told me that my reservation was canceled . He said that the lady that worked for him had canceled my reservation because it was a no-show . Just put me in a bind and it was unsatisfactory ,unnecessary . I left the hotel and went back to Tempe . I would not recommend this hotel . If staff can't communicate and look for messages when booked and they get the confirmation information . they need to be reprimanded . It was totally unacceptable .

I am very pleased with Hyatt hotel, So far , this hotel is my favorite hotel,in Mesa ,Arizona the front desk associates , help to make you feel welcomed and your stay as convenient as possible. The employees are in tune with your request , and you feel like your V.I.P & leave happy. It’s restful and clean, and all the restaurants and movies stores are walking distance if you like to walk. I also liked that the breakfast is delicious, and has a variety to eat, and you can wash your clothes and if you like to exercise it’s 24hours. If you are a simple and a pleasant person , you will enjoy your stay . They also have a lounge by the front desk that has a place you can sit , and relax that’s if you just want to have some tea ,coffee,or sit to be friendly and be relaxed . Each side of the hotel location, has an exit door so you can conveniently come in and out, to get to your room. so you don’t have to walk far to get to your room . I can either park on any side the hotel to get in to get to my room , easy peasy . Don’t take my word for it, try The Hyatt for yourself. As for the hotel rooms ? the rooms are fair but clean, ,however, the amenities that are available , make up for the looks of the rooms. I recommend this hotel anyhow .

Mostly dirty and very crowded. Not comfortable for us country folk. Although, I do have to say that there are some really good eatin joints around town. I found the Dobson university area a good food area. There's alot of decent area's but the amount of people I personally don't care for.

I liked the location as it was close to the Mesa Performing Arts Theater. The Customer Service friendly and exceptional every time and every way. I requested a room with Roll in Shower in Mesa location, room 122 to be exact…the only suggestion I have is to make some improvements to the bathroom. The toilet seat does not fit the toilet base and there is no place to keep personal items if you are staying several nights. I hope you take notice and make it more user friendly.

A complementary computer with printer is available at the lobby and is very convenient. Parking is free. The location is perfect and many restaurants are available around. I will definitely come back. Excellent hotel.

The staff it the hotel is really great front desk girls check you in quick and are very accommodating if any issues arise. The maids were also very helpful. The hotel was clean and despite being in a somewhat sketchy area felt pretty safe with security and cameras. Also really liked that the front desk was open 24/7 best hotel in Mesa!!

Unfortunately there are only 3 floors and our room was on the 3rd. However, the elevator is out until the first of the year. This was difficult for our stay. Also, from the pictures it didn’t appear to be an open facility, meaning I didn’t realize we would have to access everything by going outside to reach parts of the hotel.
