Well, how do I start?
Well, how do I start? PLEASE CHANGED THE PHOTOS OF THE ROOMS ARE DIRTY AND DISGUSTING. THEY NEED TO UPDATE THE ACTUAL ROOM PHOTOS SO THAT PEOPLE KNOW HOW THIS PLACE REALLY IS. HONESTY GOES A LONG WAY.. First of all, I booked a room with one bed and was given a room with two beds. I told the staff that I only wanted a room with one bed, but they refused to change my room and said that the room with two beds was complementary because it had a microwave and a fridge. I guess I should say thank you! I was also told that the TV in the room wasn't working. I walked into the room, and it smelled terrible. The carpet was extremely dirty. The bed was very hard and reeked of sweat smell. Not only that, but the bathroom fan had fallen off, and the door would not close. The shower handle had also fallen off. The wall to which the shower curtain bar was attached had holes on both sides. The computer chair was ripped and scratched everywhere.I took photos and showed them to the front desk, and I was told that he would report it. I asked him to change my room, but he said they were all booked, even though the parking lot was empty, and he refused to change the room. I contacted Booking.com right away and told them I wanted a refund and to check out immediately. I was charged for one night because I had been in the room for less than an hour. This was my first time using Booking.com, and there is no way I will use it again or stay at this place again. I know it's an inexpensive place, and I don't really care about comfort. I travel light. However, cleanliness is the only thing I ask for. So, please don't go and stay there.Guest review byAung - 4.0
