We stayed at the Millwood for one night ahead of an early morning flight from SFO. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which consisted of a living room, bathroom, small ‘kitchen’ area with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker plus 2 bedrooms (1 with a king bed and the other with 2 queens). The whole apartment was absolutely spotless and seemed to be quite newly renovated. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc were all provided as well as plenty of towels, glasses. There was also a safe. In the reception area there was a small kiosk selling snacks, drinks and essential toiletries. There was also a small dining area where breakfast is served and a lovely courtyard area with outdoor seating where you can bring food and drinks purchased from any of the nearby takeaway options. There was also a small gym/ fitness room. The hotel manager was really friendly and helpful! I liked the fact that, although the corridors were ‘open’, they were actually enclosed with secure windows and doors which require key access, providing an extra layer of security. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to anyone to stay here. It’s the perfect option before a flight from SFO. The drive to the airport was approx. 3-4 mins.

    Only 20 dollars back to the Airport. Room was a good size and bed very comfortable. The whole place was clean and tidy. Recommend Zorba Pizza/pasta restaurant very friendly and great food, amazing pizza and also rated best pizza international.

For stay in such a high-end hotel you would’ve thought we would’ve gotten free breakfast a muffin was 5 to 7 dollars you had to pay for water you had to pay many dollars for a piece of fruit lousy customer service at breakfast specifically, I shouldn’t have to go to an outside restaurant to get my breakfast

    We booked this hotel because it was next to the Millbrae...

    We booked this hotel because it was next to the Millbrae Bart Station. We attended the Millbrae Street Fair which was about 3 blocks away. A beautiful city, very clean. This hotel was very clean and attractive. Nice decor. We will recommend this place to our friends and family.

    The hotel and the room are very clean and well kept. The stay was comfortable and we had good night rest from a long haul flight. There are food places nearby and we tried out the Millbrae pancake house for lunch and it was yummy. The hotel staff always responds very promptly to my queries before our stay.

    Lovely, clean, modern hotel. Great location for the airport, shuttle bus service was quick and great driver. Comfy beds. Close to the waterfront pavement for a run in the morning. Choice of eating options inc take out deliveries and Star Bucks in neighbouring hotel for breakfast.
