Upon arrival we were treated with professionalism and courtesy! Check in was easy and I had requested 2 rooms next to each other and that request was filled. The check in area was clean and decorated for Christmas. It looked cozy and inviting. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The heater worked well and kept our room at the desired temperature. There was a black out blind and a regular daytime blind that was convenient. There were plenty of outlets and charging plugs right next to the beds. Breakfast had more choices than I expected and the woman in charge kept the food dishes filled and the food hot. Overall, the experience was a good one and I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a reasonable rate with more than your basic comforts.

Outstanding accommodations, staff, customer service, food, and although it is expensive… It exceeded our expectations and made my daughter's 50th birthday celebration a memorable occasion! I like my stay there I like the hotel. I like the people that worked in the hotel except the front desk help the lady was not nice when I checked in . I think she could’ve smiled more when I walked in and been more friendly with help me checking in .

Friendly staff. I kind of arrived early, but there was no rush in checking in. Pleasant place to stay. Clean, fresh & welcoming. Will probably come stay again. I just wish parking was freee.

    This motel was located only ten minutes from a relative's house. Getting around is very easy if one has a car. Without a car, not so much. It is close to stores, restaurants, etc. (with a car)>

    I liked everything about our stay except the parking availability. The room was great, clean, comfortable furniture & the staff was very welcoming, very efficient , & courteous. Would definitely stay again.

    The breakfast at this hotel was terrible.

    The breakfast at this hotel was terrible. Few choices, and not and these choices were not tasty at all. This was probably the worst breakfast buffet I experienced. And there was not fitness room. My mistake for not noticing when I booked the room. Otherwise the hotel was adequate.

    Beds are comfortable & breakfast is very good. Unpleasant odor in the room. Key cards don’t work, have to go to the front desk almost every time you want to get in the room. No light in refrigerator. No hair dryer, took hours to get one. Was charged an excessive amount for our last night. No elevator Will not stay at Comfort Inn again.

    we asked for non smoking the room reeked with smoke, when we confronted the desk clerk, he walked with us to the maids room and asked them to spray it with spray! which only made it worse. Then she left, we started to settle in. we went and got food and went to put our food in the fridge so we could get a shower and relax, we opened the fridge there was left over food in there that was molded. my husband wanted to leave but i convinced him to relax and get a shower and i would call them to get rid of it. there was no one in in the maids area so i took it out to the trash can. and went back in the room, we showered and settled down there was this odor coming from the head of bed.. so he investigated the issue. there was a undergarment there that was stinking.. he took his cane and scooped it up and tossed it outside in the trash. so while he was gone i sprayed the room with my perfume. this was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. then when i went to check out the girl is like well call headquarters if we have a complaint! REALY!!!

    We were looking for permanent accommodation in San Diego, so we changed a lot of hotels because we wanted to live closer to the places we wanted to see. This hotel was the best of all, apartments, staff, breakfasts, swimming pool. In general, I love this hotel chain, we used to be in Berlin in this hotel chain. Good quality at a good price. Special thanks to the staff who gave us the opportunity to leave our bags for a few hours before check-in

    Very close to freeways and convenient for our trip to the Miramar Airshow (we asked for a runway view room and this was provided). Lots of places to eat and shop within a few minutes drive. Included breakfast was convenient.

    The breakfasts are really great, the best comparing other hotels like that. Eggs, meat, pourige, fruited, outmeal, waffles and so on. Rooms are being cleaned every day Stuff is friendly
