Czech RepublicPerfect hotel for sleeping with own kitchen with cooker.
The beds are comfortable and I slept a long time there.
The pool was amazing after a long hiking in Arches NP.
But we had some problems because I ordered a package to the hotel. They delivered it to the mailbox of the hotel from ebay. Two of the employee told us that there's no package and they didn't check the mailbox even though I told them it might be there and he didn't even tried to solve the problem and he told us they will deliver it next morning, they didn't. Then there was a third employee next day and his name was Juan a young man.
Juan was the only and best employee who started solving the problem, immediately called to the boss who gave him the keys to the mailbox, he told us to wait and run down the hill to pick up the package from mailbox and guess what. The package was there laying 2 days.
Inside was brand new Samsung S24!
This 5 stars rating belongs to the Juan who saved our package.
Please hotel management give Juan some fee reward for the willingness, helpfulness and kindliness.

United StatesEverything was utterly fantastic — super spacious and well furnished bungalow, comfortable beds, cold air conditioning (which was absolutely needed on the 100+ degree days), big shower/bathtub combo with good water pressure, excellent location… We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was too hot to use the (unshaded) pool, but the grounds are beautiful as well, there were plenty of shaded areas near the ponds that we saw a lot of people enjoying.

We arrived on the Rocky Mountaineer from Denver, which was fabulous. There is so much to do in the area. We took a one hour sunset flight over Moab, visited the Arches national Park, and did a half day float on the Colorado river. This small valley city is surrounded by red rock mountains. A great location to explore Canyonlands and Arches National Park. Lots of choices for eating/drinking without having to get in the car again. Choice of companies who organise trips…rafting on the Colorado River/4x4 trips to Canyonlands etc Moab Coffee Roasters was a lovely cafe. Moab Diner was excellent.
Moab Diner was excellent. The y were fast and very customer oriented. We ate there 2 times. They have common diner dishes with a flair. Some dishes are offered in a Mexican style. We all ate and enjoyed every dish. Frankly, the only polite people we met in Moab were the folks at Apache and the diner.
