This was a gem of a hotel. We were allowed to drop our items off early by the wonderful assistant at the desk. Kara was especially helpful explaining how we would check in after hours and manage our personal belongings. She was so helpful. The young man late at night when we checked in was extremely gracious and kind as well. Great customer service!

Breakfast was great and the vouchers made it a great value. The room in the cottage was nice. It was quieter then expected being close to the road. The check-in was fast and easy. The steps up to the room were a bit narrow but it felt like staying at a friends house more then a hotel. It was a great experience.

We checked in pretty late, around midnight on 11/25/24, but were warmly welcomed by the staff member on duty. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home and comfortable despite the late hour. We were especially thrilled when he managed to arrange two connected rooms for us, which was exactly what we had been hoping for. After a week of traveling and staying at different hotels, this one stands out as the best, thanks not only to its excellent facilities but also to the fantastic staff. We truly felt taken care of here!
