Located off Interstate 5, Best Western Plus Tree House is 10 minutes’ drive away from Mount Shasta Ski Park. It features an on-site restaurant and lounge. All guest rooms are equipped with free WiFi. Staff was exceptional from check in to check out. I was thrilled to have the Tesla charging station on site. The restaurant had a table to accommodate dogs. The draft beer was yummy. I was not worried about my car at night. Easy to walk dog.

The resort is in the woods, nice and quiet place. Very refreshing. The rooms were clean and facility very well maintained. Bedroom had some faint bad smell - rodent rotten smell, very faint, but noticeable. It did not cause too much inconvenience.

The Shasta Inn was a perfect motel town motel to rest our heads for the night. Clean, quaint and had all the amenities we needed for a convenient stay. We didn’t spend long in Shasta, as it was just a place for us to stop over on our way from CA to OR, but the town is adorable and wish we could have spent longer there. We will definitely be back to explore and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Shasta Inn again.

I appreciated the pleasant reception when I arrived. It's always nice to run into people who seem to be happy doing what they are doing. I stopped by the Seven Suns Coffee and Cafe. Someone had recommended their scones, and I wasn't disappointed!

It was a great location, with beautiful trees and amazing views of Mt Shasta. Two grand pianos and a massive fireplace with an old-fashioned sitting porch with a wide plank wood floor and wonderful seating options for many. Authentic restoration, and new windows but it felt like you walked into 1923 when the house was built—lots of birdlife and other wildlife. The food was outstanding, definitely high-end restaurant quality. Professional feel from the owners, very informed and helpful about everything available in and around the area. Very easy to find. A great location for weddings, events, and family gatherings.

There isnt much to do in town. Hiking is great. Exploring and seeing nature. Met 3 men from BC that climbed to the top..It was very nice trip I went to LOOK at the mountain and that I did. Nice waterfall loop

Mount Shasta is majestic and will take your breath away.
Mount Shasta is majestic and will take your breath away. The small town near its foot is friendly and has a few restaurants to choose from for all your meals. Small shops dot its 3-block main street. The local ski resort is modest and offers several runs for beginners to advanced skiers. While small, it is definitely a place to visit when you want to get away from the city.

From $129 per nightStopped here with my three little boys in a road trip up to Portland. One of my boys has severe allergies so we don’t have the liberty to stay at a hotel and eat along the way. I have to pack and prepare which makes travel a challenge. I was so happy that I booked at the Mount Shasta Resort. There was plenty of space and having the kitchen and homie feel of the chalet was key. After driving 5 hours they needed to stretch their legs. Would definitely book again.

This is family operated small hotel. You could not find may of them left in California now. Room was big enough and clean with comfortable bed. Owner provided excellent home made breakfast. Tea and chocolate cupcakes served whole day. It is short ride from Mt Shasta town. My wife left reader in the room. I called and asked to send it to us. We got it back by USPS a couple of days later. I can highly recommend tis hotel.
