Peaceful, beds comfortable, perfectly airrated in common areas, plenty plenty of windows in dinning, place always clean, plenty utensils, very spacious rooms enough separation from roommates, front desk kind n helpful, feels very secure and day time quiet… bonus ear plugs for street noice but windows n curtains help to decrease it… This is my go to place downtown San Diego. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Waffles on the weekend were awesome and the Thanksgiving dinner was huge. At the celebration I met a staff member who was a writer and a gentleman from Italy who was headed home - and I will not soon forget the friendliness that I feel is a standard there.

Everything about this hostel was amazing. Reuben, the manager, went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable, such a great vibe! The whole place is spotless, seriously one of the cleanest hostels I’ve ever seen. The location is perfect and there are always fun activities going on, which makes it super easy to meet people. I’ll 100% stay here again next time I’m in San Diego!

Staff were brilliant, young friendly vibrant and very helpful. All were great to mix with, especially Laney. Karaoke night with the team was brilliant. Breakfast was supplied and adequate. Location was good close to shops and public transport.
