At half to a third of the cost of other nearby hotels, I suppose I should not be overly surprised as I probably got what I paid for. I do applaud the effort of clearly a family run, independent hotel, but the financial wherewithal for maintenance and upgrades becomes obvious pretty quickly. The bed was oddly comfortable for its quality level, and the shower was actually quite nice. And clearly the price was a deciding factor.

The location was close to a lot of dining and shopping. This hotel was also new which was evident in the cleanliness and smell of the building (despite pets being allowed). I had no issues during my stay! The room was very spacious. The bathroom was huge and clean! I didn't get a chance to check out the pool because of a thunderstorm but it looked clean and maintained!

Ok. Could be better with real scrambled eggs. Bfast was shutdown at 915, when advertised to be open until 930. Resulted in having to go out for bfast. Bfast staff was courteous. Hotel hallways and elevator smelled of marijuana.

New hotel, excellent condition, staff were very friendly, decent, healthy, fresh breakfast.

The location to all areas, beds were good. Room was large.
