The two ladies that checked me in was really good, great attitude, great personality, smiles and laughed often. The owner, manager, and staff (except for two desk attendants) were rude and unprofessional. I had an issue with My stay. When I went to the desk to talk to someone, the owner heard Me talking, walked away, got into his car, and drove off to avoid the conversation. I was called by the general manager the next day, after I submitted a review. I was told told to send something in an email, but I never got a response or a call back. We were not aware that parking was across the street from Hotel. The pool looked fine but we were not allowed to use it and not told till after we checked in. The outdoor bar was directly across from our corner room and kept us awake till 2:00 am with music. None of this info was posted on line when we booked the room.
