I thoroughly enjoyed the friendly staff, the breakfast was nice for a continental breakfast. Why I most recommend Quality Inn is due to one of their staff members Miss Danielle Gonzalez. I checked out of the Inn after 2 days. I realized 2 days later I left my watch. I called spoke to manager he said they had the watch and will FedEx. . Well; another day later I realized I forgot to tell them about my bracelet which I also had left. Again I called and spoke to Miss Danielle Gonzalez who happened to be the person who cleaned my room. She said after the 100 questions to make sure it was mine☺️she said "I cleaned the room and found a bracelet.".. I appreciate how professional she handled the matter and her honesty. Thank you, thank youMiss Gonzalez This bracelet is very special to me . Oh yeah!! I will recommend🙂

I would have to say that my favorite room in the entire house was the bathroom located off of the master bedroom (ironically, the bathroom I had to plunge 😆). The oversized bathtub & the walk-in shower, coupled with those his & hers sinks, provide an amazingly relaxing & refreshing experience. I actually told someone, "I want to replicate this bathroom." Finally, the host was simply wonderful to work with. Not only did he answer me immediately when I was unable to get inside that first night, but he was also very attentive to me without being overbearing about it. I only heard from him a couple/few times - I think he checked on me twice, and I contacted him once when I accidentally tripped the security system. But, it was evident from the beginning of my stay that if I needed something, he would accommodate, if possible.

    Me and my children never stayed and never even made it to the property and they charged my card an entire night when in fact we never stayed and the property should had never charged my card and they should refund my money back as it would be the right thing and they got super rude with me when I asked why was I charged when me and my children never been there

    The room was very comfortable. Large size. Kitchenette was perfect size. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly. We would definitely stay again. We at the Garrison Oak Steakhouse in the casino. The food was good, the atmosphere was awesome, and so was the service.

    It was a nice clean hotel very well maintained but somebody kept running in and out slamming doors smoking at the stairwell and our room was close to stairwell to Arizona is bringing in the cigarette smoke couldn't sleep cuz people was out there talking

    I thoroughly enjoyed my time visiting with family on the base. Was able to navigate around Oak Grove and neighboring towns easily. Went out to eat in Oak Grove surrounding areas. Next time I will double check booking accuracy - hotel not quality I had expected - unsafe & under construction- guardrails missing on stairwell- was not told about this at time of booking.

    I have stayed at this location in Oak Grove, TN several times. It has never failed me. The entire staff always goes above and beyond to make my stay feel like home. I highly recommend staying there, especially if you are traveling with kids. The size of the rooms make it a lot more comfortable for everyone.

    The cleanliness of the hotel and the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchenette that provided everything needed. The 2 women at the desk were so friendly and helpful.

    The only negative thing I can say is that I hate that my stay there was only 2 nights and it was cut short because of the weather. I loved the hotel and plan to stay there when I come back in March.
