Great location.. so close to everything. Plenty of supplies were available including dishes and cooking utensils. Even we're able to see dolphins close to the beach each morning Highly recommend and will be looking to return in the future

There are 2 people that stood out.
There are 2 people that stood out. Our first encounter soon after arriving was Lonnie, the Maintenance Man. We went to look at the pool area & it was not open just yet. He was so friendly & let us know the opening time. At the same time there was an obviously drunk man giving him grief because it wasn’t open. The way Lonnie handled him was so professional & loving at the same time. Each time we encountered Lonnie over the next 4 days, he always greeted us & made us feel so wonderful staying at the property. The second outstanding person was Miss Elizabeth who oversaw the daily breakfast. Aside from the breakfast being outstanding, she was so good at making sure everything was kept up & in order. Lonnie had mentioned to us adding blueberries in their waffle makers. I thought they had them available but found out from Ms. Elizabeth they didn’t have them all the time. She went to the market later that day to purchase her needed breakfast items & made it a point of getting blueberries. She held them back & when she saw us the next morning, gave them to us. That’s called above & beyond personal outstanding service. Everything you wanted from the beach, access to stores was easy to walk to from the perfectly located hotel. We travel a lot & stay in name brand hotels or Airbnb. Surf & Sand stands out with excellence against any of those. The beds were very comfortable & gave a great night’s sleep to all 3 of us. (Husband, wife & adult son). Can’t recommend Surf & Sand high enough.AAnonymous - Scored 4.04.0

I wasn’t impressed about Pensacola! I can’t think of much I liked! I didn’t like the area I stayed! It looked run down! I didn’t like that restaurants and malls were 20-25 minutes from booked area! I probably won’t visit again. We ate at Longhorns and service was great and food was good! No complaints there! We also had Chick Fil A it was okay to fill a hunger! It was always crowded and congested there! It was frustrating traveling so far to get to restaurants/mallsLLakishaUnited States of America - Scored 1010
Water was beautiful as was the view from my room.
Water was beautiful as was the view from my room. The sunset was spectacular over the bay. Lots of restaurants and shopping areas. I think the only thing that would have made it better would...
I think the only thing that would have made it better would be if they had all of the outside activities setup but it also happened to be the same weekend that there was a Beer Festival? We are from New Orleans so we were expecting something similar and much bigger. There was about 6 tents set up with a live band and the really neat thing was the Bagpipe players! We love Pensacola Beach! It is so beautiful and clean. We always go in the Spring so it is not crowded at all. We also love staying at the Pensacola Beach Resort. It is a beautiful property and the staff are wonderful!! We could not ask for a better Spring Break!

It was a beautiful place to relax on the beach or by the pool. We rented a golf cart to go in town to shop and have lunch, which was fun. The restaurants at the resort were pretty good, but there was a limited menu. We ubered to local restaurants most of the nights, which worked out; but you might consider renting a car.Farrall, O.D.
