We also stayed there with my 10 month old and 8 year old. We felt very safe. The staff was very accommodating. This was our second time staying there & we will be back when we come back to visit my husband’s family !

Had to stay in a smoking room due to a mistake by Booking.
Had to stay in a smoking room due to a mistake by Booking.com when making the reservation. Bed mattresses were blood stained. Room was not clean at all. Even a smoking room needs cleaned properly. Tub was so nasty we decided to bathe when we got home. Toilet seat was about to fall off. We only stayed because a concert in town had all the other hotel rooms booked. I could go on but you get the idea. You get what you pay for. People should pay no attention to the ratings.

Philadelphia is a city of the south that has an interesting history. If you go you'll want to visit Williamsville and take a drive down some of the old houses that are in town. It's also not to far from Meridian that is also rich in history.

Philadelphia is a very nice place to visit, there is plenty of shopping, the casinos for those that like to gamble. And my favorite is the Williams Brothers Country Store, where you can purchase anything from food, clothing and horse tack. Everyone is always so nice and friendly.

Rebecca, the front desk clerk was overly helpful and exceedingly apologetic for everything we experienced. While her power to change any of it was limited, she gave more than every effort to make up for it. She is the only reason this hotel got more than a 1 rating from me.
