The staff was great 👍 I had a small problem and they took care of it and I appreciate it I had left my phone charger at home so the manager helped me out and gave me a phone charger which I thought was very very sweet and the front desk lady was just as fantastic as he was I forgot their names but if you look up the time I was there then you'll know the names supposed to get a free lunch give it to them

The room is exceptional, view facing the bay, a balcony, fully equipped kitchen. Adequate parking quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe. Nearby railway station but no noise, actually we were surprised to notice it only when we were out in parking. Excellent breakfast, enough veg options nearby hypermarket In a nutshell, it is an excellent place to stay.

Christopher the night concierge was amazing and went above and beyond for us. We had to arrive at 3am and he was so accommodating and exceptional. The room service was so prompt and delicious, still nice and warm. We participated in the Thanksgiving buffet which was very good with a wide range of options. The entire staff was welcoming to our furry kids and very helpful with any question we had. The decor was beautiful and I love the kids check in station for those traveling with kids. We stayed in a suite and it was nice and spacious with a lot of natural light at the end of a very quiet hallway. I also really appreciated the shower slip-proof mat that was optional in our restroom- I am prone to falls and the shower can be a bit daunting for me when I travel.
