Nicely laid out king room and friendly staff to greet you at checkin. The room had a separated living room with a comfy sofa and tv which made our stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was very good.

I love the location and the property is gorgeous!!! They have rooms with private balconies that overlook the Provo River and the trail. I’ve always loved coming to the Provo River Baymont! The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

    Just Provo itself, I love.

    Just Provo itself, I love. It’s a gorgeous city and the people are very nice. This hotel (Provo River Inn) did NOT reflect the city whatsoever! They were polar opposites in fact. I love the beautiful scenery, wildlife, and atmosphere of Provo. You aren’t left wanting here. Anything you want or crave are at your fingertips, as far as food, clothing, household goods, stores and restaurants are in abundance. Plus, if you want alone time, there are a lot of places for that too. Anything you want to do, it’s here. I don’t want to disclose my favorite places to hang out, but I did find a great place to eat, Moo-Ya’s, oh my gosh that was a great burger meal! Getting around is a little difficult, the streets are a bit crazy and the turning lanes are nuts. But once you find out what’s happening and where the. Us lane is, it’s ok.

    Hiking, good food, and a world-class University make trips to Provo always delightful. There's always something going on. Maybe live music, comedy shows that you can enjoy with your family, dance performances at the university, or just climbing on Rock Canyon. If you're a foodie like me, Bombay House is not to be missed. Timponogos Cave is worth a visit. We also enjoyed hiking up to the Y on the mountain.

    The scenery was spectacular and the area has really made the outdoor hiking accessible for everyone. People were friendly and there was a lot to explore. We particularly enjoyed coffee at Rugged Grounds, lunch at Guru's Cafe and dinner at La Jolla Groves Restaurant and that whole shopping area around La Jolla, beautifully decorated for Christmas. If we had more time, we would have explored more in Salt Lake City and Zion National Park in the South.

    Person that check me in say she was going to upgrade my room...

    Person that check me in say she was going to upgrade my room. That was great but later I was charged $53.63 as a miscellaneous charge which we did not use anything extra during our stay. This is a reap off I won't stay in this hotel again.

    We've made a lot of trips to Provo and the surrounding area. We love the city and this time were spent time in the City Center Temple. I love the shopping opportunities, and especially the farmers market at city center park

    Overall the property is pretty okay for the price and location; however they asked a 25USD deposit without address on the paper, it only relied on the mutual trust. Actually they returned the fund very quickly but better to write on the paper before asking the customer to sign it. I really can’t agree this American hotel management; I have already been cheated by other bad hotels twice in a 15 days trip.
