#1….is Deb, at the office. Such a sweetie! Motel is VERY well thought out. Convenient shelving everywhere, room #1 plumbing fixtures looked NEW, everything is in spit spot good repair. Not sure how they keep the place looking so sharp. Full-size fridge. Very comfortable beds. Appreciated outside seating. Towels were high quality. Shower was clean, classic, and had tons of hot water.

    The view is breathtaking!!

    The view is breathtaking!! We watched the most beautiful sunset. the restaurant was closed at 8:00, but locked doors at 7:45 when we got there , the other 2 restaurants listed were not open at all. The only place we found to eat was River House Bar & Grille. the waitress ignored us completely when we got there. We waited about 15 minutes while she visited some guys at the bar. She then took refills to a couple girls and visited with them for while. Then she dropped glasses of water so quickly we couldn't even ask for menus. When we finally did get served, the food was great. However, she never came back to fill our glasses or to check if everything was okay When she brought the bill she was cheerful and talked for a minute, but that did not make up for the terrible service. I normally give at least a $5.00 tip, but she got $3.00 which was $.30 short of the minimum 20%tip. If not for the last minute cheerfulness, she would have got nothing!
