Great hotel with clean and spacious rooms, nice breakfast options in an excellent area (easy to get into the city & good food options within walking distance). Super friendly & helpful staff and special thanks to Tanaya for making our stay even better by hearing and helping us out. The Hotel employees were very freindly and helpful. We arrived to NYC early morning and had a few very big suitcases. We got in touch with Hotel and asked to leave suitcases at the hotel. The representative were very polite and approved it. And we checked in an hour earlier.

It was my second visit to the hotel, and I was satisfied. The hotel is situated about 2 minutes by walking away from the subway going directly to Manhattan (about 15 minutes to Rockefeller or Penn Station). The staff (it doesn´t matter if the receptionist or room service) was amiable. The room was large and clean. I appreciate the fridge in the room, the laundry in the basement as well as the possibility to take a coffee or tea anytime in the breakfast area.

    Nothing was great staying at these hotel it was a worst decision that I took to book these hotel I should have paid little more and stayed in a better hotel I’m really not sure why people are even looking into these hotel. Just to sum up I arrived an hour early for check in the staff was so rude that she was saying 50dollors if you wanna check-in now I understand I arrived early but doesn’t Mean you speak rudely I was told just wait at the reception side where it hardly had seating area and direct sunlight was coming and no AC at all in that area coming with family and having these kind of behavior really spoiled to the mood and during check-in out they have shuttle when I asked when is next the staff rudely said it’s every hour and the next is only at 1000hrs I have requested if anything is possible to drop us she just noded her head and that moment the shuttle driver sardar Ji came I have requested him and he humbly helped me out with all my luggage loaded in shuttle and immediately dropped at the airport Really appreciate the shuttle driver sardarji

    I was scheduled to check in at 3pm but had an early flight.

    I was scheduled to check in at 3pm but had an early flight. The staff however made it possible for me to check in at 12pm with no additional cost for which I am very grateful. The Plaza is also about 4 minutes away from a train station that takes you where ever you need to be which was very efficient

    The hotel felt very old and is not located in the best...

    The hotel felt very old and is not located in the best neighbourhood as there is a lot of rubbish in the streets and homeless old people which is so very sad to see especially in US (NYC is one of the richer city's in the world) but I was told this is normal... Only positive note, the staff were genuinely lovely and helpful throughout my stay. I’ve also heard it’s considered one of the better options in the Queens area.

    The staff was disrespectful and lazy.

    The staff was disrespectful and lazy. They don’t want to do their job as far as house keeping is concerned, they don’t even want to give you towels. As for the building, it is known for prostitution, drugs and god knows what kind of other illegal activities goes on in that place. The staff plays along with all that goes on in there and they act as if they don’t know what’s going on. The rooms are filthy and the noise level at night is crazy. It’s one of the worst hotels to ever vacation on, it’s not worth it for all that money.

    This hotel is clean and comfortable bed and spacious room. It is quite new and I loved how easy it was to get to the JFK just 4 minutes walk. A short bus ride and you can get to Queens Boulevard for shopping at places like Burlington, Primark, JD shoe store and more, lots of places to eat. I will definitely stay here again whenever I need a place to stay near to the airport and shopping.

    Perfect location. Don't let the first block or 2 fool you once you walk towards Gantry Plaza State Park its a different world perfect location. Value for money for a hotel near Manhattan especially for someone travelling from Europe. Also near subway stations about 5 mins away. The Breakfast was OK for a quick snack on the go shame they don't do hot food like scrambled eggs etc. The staff were pleasant and friendly.

    Airport shuttle and proximity was perfect. Room and facilities for the price we paid were terrible . We paid cheaper for a 4 star hotel on Time Square . Would only say yes the room were comfortable for a 1 nigh transit stay ONLY. BUT THE WORST VALUE FOR MONEY ON OUR HOLE 2 WEEK VISIT TO THE USA. The Quality INN at Des Moines Int airport with the same rating were 10 times better and more then half the price!

Subway is a short walk, close to all major attractions, variety of restaurants, shopping malls & stores are all close by! The area is vibrant, hip and trendy.
