Very good for seniors. A bar on bath tub and tub was low to step over. A soft motion light came on as soon as you got up from bed at night to go to restroom. Comfortable bed and coverings just right. Easy to control heating system.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was adequate and convenient. The breakfast was good and what one would expect. Will definitely stay there again during our annual trip to the area.

Everything! The bed was comfy, everything was updated in the whole apartment, nice bathroom. Extra points for the really cool electric blinds! The pool area and views of the course were beautiful!

    Had nightmare drive up windy and narrow street with multiple tailgating cars, probably from the city on Saturday evening. Somewhat better on weekday drive. Downtown has good services such as grocery stores and gas options. We ate in Julian because restaurants were mostly fast food and/or greasy spoons.

    Lots of various restaurants and cafes to visit. The weather was beautiful and so many hiking trails to explore. The wineries are a fun afternoon out but beware most are only open on the weekends so plan accordingly!

    We rode the Coast to Crest mountain bike trail from Del Mar...

    We rode the Coast to Crest mountain bike trail from Del Mar to Ramona then back the next day. About 50 miles each day and about 50% dirt trails The Riviera Oaks was the perfect place to stay. On our way back we stopped at Ramona Family Naturals for a great breakfast, yummy coffee and a sandwich to go. Don't miss this place!

    Plenty of parking is available so no worries with that.

    Plenty of parking is available so no worries with that. I highly recommend the golf course nearby for lunch and keep in mind there isn’t breakfast at the resort. Have a nice stay! The resort is on a branch of town about 10-15 minutes away from everything else. You’ll be close to the golfcourse and a couple other resorts, but it makes it very nice not worrying about the general public wandering around especially since I had a trailer with cargo.

    I was in Ramona attending a Celebration of Life for my friend of 40 years. I also was looking at housing for me and a barn for my horse - wanting to move out of CO. Thought Ramona was too hot and drought stricken. Not for me! Also there were several areas that looked degenerate.

    A gem of a place, only stayed one night passing through the area but wish we had booked a few nights and took in local wineries and walks. Plenty to do, amazing countryside. The hotel also had lots of games available, the pool and hot tub were very clean and pleasant. BBQs located for free use too. Fabulous place.

    Very nice hotel at San Vicente golf course. We visit every winter. Beautiful view. Comfortable beds. New quiet air conditioning/ heating system. Lovely heated big pool. Very good restaurant. Ashley Norton has a very good performance in Par Lounge on Wednesdays. Nice staff. Good parking close to the room.
