I liked pretty much everything. I wished it was beachfront, loved the spa tub in the room, prices were very affordable, the room was clean and a comfortable feel, they have a pool and hot tub, complimentary breakfast, staff were very nice!

It is a home away from home for us. Enough space for all of us to sleep comfortably and just enough amenities that we only had to bring food and clothing. Towels, shampoo & conditioner, and a blow dryer available in the bathroom. We liked having separate rooms with queen beds. A pull out sofa couch with plenty of sheets, blankets, and pillows to fit everyone’s needs. The wood floors are ideal for cleaning up the sand that is inevitably brought in from our visits to the beaches. Sand dunes, ocean beach access, the bay, and Umpqua lighthouse are minutes away from the quiet neighborhood. Stores, laundry mat, dog park, and restaurants minutes away from the apartment as well. We are already planning to visit again and plan to book here. Reasonable price and convenient location for a family of 5. We only have good things to say about our stay and experience in Winchester bay. We visited the coast at the end of October, so there wasn’t big crowds of tourists. We enjoyed cooking our own meals in the apartment and having enough space, dishes, and kitchen appliances to accommodate our needs. This apartment was SO much better than a hotel stay!!

    The people that live there treat tourist like trash, the Don's family restaurant for example. We walked in no one greeted us and we waited for a while and no one seated us, we ended up asking an employee if we could seat our selves and she said yes anywhere we wanted. My husband and I waited ten min and no one brought us water or a menu, we almost left. Finally one of the staff brought some water and a menu and walked away not asking if we wanted coffee or anything else to drink. We waited another ten min and ended up walk to the counter and asking if we can order to go. Which we did and they told us to have a seat and they would bring us our food. When we got our food it was on plates and NOT in a to go bag. All the while most of the staff were behind the counter stuffing there faces with food and helping the locals with there orders. NO ONE washing their hand moving to the next customer, serving food then going back behind the counter to finish eating. Worse experience at a restaurant,

    Literally the worst hotel experience of our life.

    Literally the worst hotel experience of our life. The manager didn’t know how to check us in,double charged us for the room and then had to refund one. There was no soap in the bathroom or in the shower. The TV didn’t work. The remote control didn’t work. Clock didn’t work the phone didn’t work it was filthy it smelled and then he lied and said we could change hotels and he would give us a full refund when an actuality he said we could change rooms we quickly realized the whole hotel was just as disgusting as our room. Very, very dissatisfied with the hotel and withbooking.com.

    The listing shows a coffee bar and a heated outdoor pool, neither were produced. The room was surface clean, but dingy and dirty- the bathroom mirror was filthy. We could literally hear every single word being said in the rooms on either side. There isn't enough parking so we had to park behind the building which is sketchy after dark. The building shows major sign of wear and is in desperate need of a massive overhaul.

    I've lived in Oregon my whole life haven't been to every square inch but I have pretty well covered it from corner to corner and if you're a fisherman Reedsport is absolutely fantastic you have a few of the most beautiful lakes for bass fishing trout and a handful of other fish any sports fishermen should definitely put still coos tahkenitch 10 mile on their bucket list and then for those who aren't really boat people they have some wonderful smaller Lakes

    The location was close to the heart of Winchester Bay but in a neighborhood that offered peace and tranquility for relaxation and a good nights sleep. The host was kind and welcoming and the grounds of the property were pleasant and pretty. The apartment was comfortable and nicely furnished with a nice front deck to relax on and parking was off street in the driveway.

    Missed Breakfast if available. Great water pressure and adjustable shower head. Best shower encountered of 10 nights traveling the coast. Incredible beach around corner. Never seen anything like that prior. As from east coast. Had dish soap and scrubbie. Huge for me. TY Door not forced closed. Can close door at our pace, or leave open, Nice.
