I enjoyed the couch as I am unable to sleep in a bed. The teenage girls loved the King size bed they have never experience one. Airconditioning and warmth coming outside on deck from the airconditioning hitting my back similar to a car seat warmer. Wonderful .Sissy the housekeeper was friendly and very kind and did a great job. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Nearest to very clean beach was great. Boardwalk was marvelous.

A very walkable, nice, friendly town. The beach was great - plenty of room to spread out (off season visit), very clean, chairs & umbrellas available to rent, restrooms nearby on the boardwalk. Considering we were there in late September there were plenty of shopping and dining options, though some places were closed or had limited hours. Our best dinners were at Fins and Blackwall at the Beach., enjoyed a pizza lunch at Grotto Pizza, and a good breakfast at Robin Hood. A number of hotels are available, and many rental options, too. Reasonable bike rentals are great for exploring nearby trails. Much more dining and shopping on the Coastal Road highway that brings you in to Rehoboth and Dewey, including Tanger Outlets - great for that occasional rainy day!

Cons: Sleeper sofa is in small living area (can't go to sleep until everyone else is out of room) ANYWAY, sleeper sofa (is main couch) would be a reject from the Salvation Army! It's stained and filthy, has boards to keep it from sagging, but sags anyway!. So I had to sleep upstairs on a small uncomfortable couch in the small upstairs room (that's where a sleeper sofa should be! Only one (1) comfortable chair in small living area...certainly not convenient to watch TV or enjoy friends company. DON'T expect to grill! Grill is rusted! Outside patio could be nice, but table legs all rusted and the chairs have iron backs...so uncomfortable! Had to bring out dining chairs when we sat outside. Desperately needs new furniture! Master bedroom bed springs can be felt. NO instructions where to find anything. Went to the pool and couldn't get in. Had to go back and try to reach phone support...they didn't know either. Finally, found a card in a random bowl! Prefer being able to walk to boardwalk.

You really have to find ways to save money here parking was 2 bucks for 30 minutes, and 14 bucks for 2 medium ice cream cones & and 9.50 for medium fries. This is just a couples getaway Check this out you can buy 2 adult beverages for 8 bucks apiece So it appears they screw the family over good but if you and your buds want to go drinking it’s cheaper Their is a good savings on things from the outlets

Like most places, Rehoboth has become very expensive.
Like most places, Rehoboth has become very expensive. For two people to eat at a restaurant near the beach, expect to spend $60+. The beach was nice and clean. Very crowded during the vacation season. The boardwalk had lots of places to shop. It was mostly clean, but you cannot account for everyone cleaning up after themselves. The boardwalk was well patrolled by police/security.

I used to love Ocean City, MD but it got too built up. This reminded me of what Ocean City used to be. There's plenty of shopping from the Tanger Outlets to the road that takes you to the beach. There are plenty of places to eat. We went to Higgins Crab House, very beginning of Ocean City, the Purple Parrot, Rosenfelds....food was great. There is a trolley that takes you to the beach if you are staying on the lA. Was very happy with my stay.

Everything was wonderful! We found parking closer to where we wanted to be at, fortunately!! We enjoyed the boardwalk and Grotto's pizza, but the kids had the most fun at the beach...it was a bit pebbly but then again, what beach doesn't have some amount of pebbles? The lifeguards were experienced and nice. The waves were a little rough this go around, but didn't stop us!! Overall, great family beach!

The room was large with 2 queen beds with a small kitchen area with microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. This worked out for us since we travelled with our pet. She had plenty of room to get around. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The location of the hotel was good.. right next to an Acme, liquor store, Jersey Mikes Subs and frozen yogurt shop. Also conveniently located within 15 minutes from restaurants and beach area.

Though not walking distance to the beach, there is a bus that takes you to the boardwalk and beaches. The hotel to Rehoboth beach, was literally 10 minutes. We purchased a day pass for $4.00, which allows you to ride the bus all day! Much better than sitting in traffic and trying to find available parking. The hotel was very convenient to restaurants and the outlet stores. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I thought I was getting a suite, I got a room with 3 beds, like a regular hotel room. There was sand all over 2 of our beds when we checked in. When we drive up to the building the staff was on the side drinking. The manager was apologetic and nice, but that was not the room I paid for $400 a night.
