The property is super clean and conveniently located. The room was preheated before we arrived, which was nice. The hotel is pet friendly, which was a plus for my mother-in-law, who is traveling with us with her small 2 pound dog.

Clean rooms. Nice staff. I needed milk in the morning. They have a vending machine with milk. Nice location, easy to find, easy on and off the freeway. Easy booking online with no prepay if you want to pay when you get there. Our bathroom toilet wouldn't flush they gave us a choice of fixing the problem, or we could have another room. we took another room with no problem they gave us new key cards and a room number right across the hall.

The hotel offers access to all varieties of outdoor activities. Enjoy fishing, hunting, boating, whitewater and paddle rafting and scenic bicycle paths along the Umpqua River.

The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the variety and availability of items. Waffles are always among my favorites when I travel, so they were an appreciated bonus. Scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, bagels cereal....as you cans see there is something for everybody. The staff was exceptional. The manager was wonderful. She answered all our questions. Arrived a day early and stayed a day longer than scheduled and she made the transition smooth and seamless. The rest of the staff were just as awesome. Kudos for a job well done. They also have an exercise room and guest laundry....well done. I had read prior reviews and was a little worried about booking my stay, but that was all for naught. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and the motel and staff were exceptional.

This place is a gem and the best stay of our vacation. The owners are so friendly and personable and go out of their way to make us comfortable. The history of the home is interesting but most importantly it’s a nice break from the sterile atmosphere of hotels, it felt like we were staying with friends. Everything was very clean. The rooms are nice and spacious, the bed very comfortable, the shower luxurious, the breakfast really good, and they delivered GOOD coffee to our room in the morning. The owners also recommended a really good restaurant that I don’t think we would have found on our own,and in the morning we shared travel tips and ideas with other guests. A few things to consider: the stairs to the second floor are very steep (the owners will help with luggage) and the bathroom is shared with the other guests. Highly recommended and we will return.
