This is a new, modern hotel with the basic amenities including small refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. It is in a prime location downtown, in walking distance to everything. Randy, the manager was excellent. He was warm and welcoming and was available to meet your needs. He was training Paula who will become as good as Randy is in the near future.

The waterfront view every morning is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Also facilities is walking distance to the beach. Apartment was very comfortable. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.
