There were holes in every sheet up to 3 inches in diameter and one top sheet had the entire top ripped off and it was ragged. Mildew around tub and tub faucet and many other maintenance issues. Compared to the other available rooms in the area for the same price, this had a nice setting on a golf course. Slight up charge for a room with a view but nice and relaxing. Nice pool and spa pool, free parking. Newer bedding and mattress, good tall shower and tub, plenty of room to move around in the room - one of the advantages of an older property sometimes. This hotel is about 25 minutes east of downtown, and the city of Santee is beautiful. I also loved that the pool was clean and there were no children around.
