It was our first visit to Saratoga Springs and my husband and I loved every minute of our stay. There are so many restaurants and shops to explore. Loved spending a day at the racetrack. Scope out the free parking and know where to find it before heading out. Very much a tourist town, very crowded downtown. If going to SPAC be aware the lawn seats only provide small screens on exterior of amphitheater to view the performance/concert. Good restaurants, several bars and breweries with live music to enjoy within walking distance. The shops are very pricey but fun to look at. We really enjoyed the parks and finding all the Springs! The breakfast was good with a variety of food and it was well stocked. The cookies in the afternoon were delicious and a nice touch. There was also a beautiful smell in the air you could smell as you walked in the hotel. I am not sure what it was but it was a nice touch.
