The young lady at the front desk was super great, very polite and help full, we arrive early and she was very kind and check us in early, and for an old couple that traveled over four hours that was very much appreciated, all of the hotel staff was very nice, Thank you.

We booked online last minute very early in the morning because of an issue we had at an Airbnb. Avita was extremely helpful in getting our large group all set and checked in early (3am). She really went out of her way to help us. Seeing her the next evening at the front desk, once again, she didn't hesitate to ask how things were going. Cuddos to Avita and the hotel manager on staff that morning!!.

Schertz is a hidden gem!

Schertz is a hidden gem! Nothing wrong with opening Maps and finding something you or your group are interested in! Timing is a key factor due to construction on the Freeway (i know..) but its definitely worth it, once you see what has been around you, whilst in Schertz!

We went to eat at Garcia's for dinner.

We went to eat at Garcia's for dinner. I highly recommend their beef enchiladas, but plan accordingly since they close at 8 pm each day. Overall Schertz is a great location if you're doing things in the San Antonio area.

This was a great location for our visit to San Antonio and to Natural Bridge Caverns. Easy on/off freeway, food choices conveniently located. Short travel time to attractions in San Antonio and to Natural Bridge Caverns.

Very clean double queen suite. Stayed with my kids and wife. Nice touch with provided Dove soaps and the tops are locked in so no one can contaminate the bottles. Big clean breakfast. Will definitely stay again when in San Antonio. Front desk took less than 3 minutes check me in.
