Beautiful, breathtaking view, loads of hiking trails and many restaurants for every taste. Loved being up high, like Airport Mesa lookout and Chapel of Holy Cross, for a wide-angel view of the city. The town is full of resorts that make your stay relaxing and convenient. Plenty of stores, shops and a great visitors center to complete your stay. Situated in the Verde Valley, the area offers a variety of charming towns nearby like Cottonwood, Clarkdale, Jerome and Camp Verde. I like everything from customer service, when we check in late, the lady is super helpful. She showed us the tourist places, interior with Native American design, good quality of bed and pillows, superb breakfast. Natural beauty if terrific.
Natural beauty if terrific. There are many great sites to visit and many options and tours to get to the various sites. We did a Pink Jeep Tour and it was excellent. There are several great drives with terrific views of the red rocks. We also did a trip to Jerome which was well worth the time. It's beautiful with everything on your doorstep: hikes, scenic viewpoints, great bars and restaurants. The Sedona shuttle runs from Thursday-Sunday making it easy to park and hop on to get to various trailheads.
