In the Sequoia National Forest, this family-oriented lodge includes a daily breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. Guests can hire skis from the lodge. Good location from the main areas of interest in the national park. We stayed in a cabin which was lovely and seemed relatively new. Would definitely recommend, especially for families.
Surrounded by Sequoia National Park, Kings Canyon National Park and Mineral King National Park, The River Inn is located in Three Rivers, California. The staffs were very helpful. One of the staffs noticed my car had a flat tire when I came in. He offered to take the flat tire out and to put the spare tire in. When I offered him a tip, he declined and said "pay it forward." What a kind man.
Located in Three Rivers in the California region, The Quail's Nest features a patio and garden views. The property is 3.4 mi from Sequoia and free private parking is featured. The house was really clean and the location is perfect. Just a few minutes away from Sequoia National Park. Very spacious place, great for a family of 6. Mark was great, besides providing a great amount of information about the Park and the surrounding areas, he was also quite receptive. We will definitely be going back.
Located in Three Rivers, Shady Knoll features accommodations with a patio and free WiFi. The air-conditioned accommodations is 3.7 mi from Sequoia. A fabulous house in a perfect position for our visit to Sequoia and Kings Canyon NP. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the beautiful house and views more.
Located in Three Rivers in the California region, Alta Peak Vista has a terrace. Really nice and spacious house with two bedrooms and bathroom on ground floor and one great bedroom with bathroom on the first floor. Big living room with kitchen. Beautiful view from terrace, good for summer relax. We had little problem with finding the access way to house, but it was our mistake and partially caused by our late arrival at night. We have received good instructions from property owner, however as it was already dark we missed the turnoff. I would recommend to read the instructions carefully and maybe see google maps prior to arrival (especially when coming at night). Neighbor's dog Ringo was very friendly and he came to welcome us as soon as we arrived :-) We have stayed just for one night, however I can recommend this house for a long stay. There is everything you need, just bring your own food and drinks.
Beautiful. Everyone should take this drive and enjoy the beauty and top notch accommodations. Silver City Resort is a must stay. The windy road is a bit much and not for those who get car sick easily. But worth every yucky tummy. Breath taking views with an abundance of star lit sky.
This place is beautiful. I only stayed one day, I wish I would have stayed longer. There is so much to see and so much hiking. Some of the trails can be a bit much for little ones but there is a lot of areas to stop and rest. I went on October and a lot of things were closed off due to wild fires and covid. Don't be discouraged by this there is still a lot to see and do.
We loved our adventures and sightseeing but found the "facilities" in dire need monitoring and cleaning. The restrooms were NOT clean, had no soap, hand sanitizer or paper towels! I know the Park gets lots of visitors but there SHOULD be enough staff to maintain the restrooms better!
Important decision makers, including but not limited to politicians, need to hike for a couple of days around Sequoia National Park. Real walks and quiet reflection would enlighten the uninformed person about the value and importance of natural treasures. The Sequoias and Coastal Redwoods might be the most spectacular living part of the United States.
Incredible place to visit, the park has great roads and trails, perfect for kids and adults and even with accessible trails. Totally worthed for me one of the most beautiful and amazing places of the worlds. Those trees are beutiful!
A must-see attraction!!! Giant trees are fabulous. Spectacular sceneries. Picnic areas. Dissapointed from the staff in the cave. They didnt let us see even the trail at 3 pm because the last guided tour is at 2 pm! Their explanation for refusing us was that they are too tired working from 10 to 2 pm!!! Nevermind we were driving to the park for 5 hours and had just one day to explore everything, so we werent tired like they were.....We just wasted our precious time driving to the cave(

we liked everything about the trip
