Located 2.2 miles from Jack Daniel's Distillery, Tolley House has accommodations with a shared lounge, a terrace and a shared kitchen for your convenience. Courtney is amazing and she made our stay perfect!! The Tolley house is beautiful! Reasonably priced. At the end of our day we enjoyed sitting on the front porch and taking in the beauty. We will defiantly go back.

Shelbyville is definitely not a place I would go to...
Shelbyville is definitely not a place I would go to intentionally if not for the fact my daughter (and grandkids) live there. The hotel I stayed in is fine, but it's about the nicest thing this city has. The town mostly consists of liquor stores and very plain fast food joints with poor service.

The accommodations were clean and the staff was very polite and friendly. The restaurant next door is one of the best and the food and service were 5 star. Shelbyville is a nice town with very nice people.

Traffic is ridiculous, with no thought to plan for businesses on main route. There was no plan for placement of businesses, so it’s a heap of random businesses all the way down the strip. Off the main strip the town is run down. For a town this size, there should be more outdoor fitness opportunities.

Shelbyville is located in a very beautiful area of Tennessee. We enjoyed our ride to the Microtel Inn because it took us through the rolling hillside of Tennessee Walker horse country. My wife loves horses, and she was looking at the photo albums available in the lobby at the Microtel Inn which showed pictures of the beautiful horses from the area. For someone who loves horses, this sounds like a wonderful place to live!

our hotel room carpet was completely soiled all over! Carpet needs to be replaced. Looks like a fraternity club room carpet. Nasty beyond words. Throw up all over the bedskirt. breakfast was gross and weird.
