I believe this would be a terrific place to vacation, if you're not interested in going to the beach. The facilities were all right not perfect, but all right the host was very generous with her time getting things to work like the TV stations and the cupboard door in the bathroom she failed to let us know that two of the chairs were already broke before we even got there And last, but not least the blinds to the screened in porch were atrocious. They were very very difficult to work and we had to keep pushing the panels back up into the clips. We also had to have her come out and give us the rest of the curtains for the front window , the host was a very nice lady and worked with us as much as she could. I love where the villa is located. However, it's way too far from the beaches. If I were to return to Siesta keys, I would book somewhere closer to the water.

Quant town with lots of beaches.

Quant town with lots of beaches. We stayed at the south end and drove to the village. Parking is not cheap but plenty of spaces. Check out options for public transportation i.e. the trolley and Frog hop. The restaurants were solid, Bonjour Cafe was very good for breakfast, don’t be in a hurry and the staff is very friendly.

Great shopping area and food, a short ride to St Armands circle a must see area, great shops and restaurants.. the hot sauce store is awesome. downtown siesta key is awesome. The SKO oyster bar is always busy but worth the wait Gilligan's bar and grill is awesome great gift shop in the back. The Hub baja grill is the best food and best prices , fast service and not real expensive kind of a tex mex type, cold beer and great street tacos.. Take a uber $12 it worth it !!!

Very unhappy with the rental unit.

Very unhappy with the rental unit. Unit was dirty and the rug was full of water stains and food stains, and rug was ripped at seam in kitchen entry. The dining chairs are white suede full of dirty fingerprints from wear. The mattress in the spare room was in need of change, due to the top layer detaching from mattress, very uncomfortable to sleep. The pillows on both beds were terrible. The bedding was old and dirty. Decor pillows were stained and smelly. The shower head of the guest bathroom was stuck and impossible to move for showering, had to call Maintenance. No cleaning supplies, empty bottles of cleaning supplies; and no sponges in kitchen sink. AC very hard to cool during the day. Overall, the unit was very noisy during our stay; landscaping, tree cutting and constant blower noises that could be heard inside early in the morning from 8AM. We found the advertising distance to the beach 700 ft and 9.7 rating are misleading.

I liked the location and really enjoyed sitting outside the room to relax in the garden area! They also had a dishwasher available that I didn't notice until after I had already handwashed the dishes we had used :) The only thing that was tough for us was our delegated parking space. It was often difficult to get in and out of it because of the large vehicle parked in the spot labeled for staff. Otherwise, I wish that we could have stayed there for a longer period.

This was our second trip to Siesta Key, and we chose this location based on proximity to Turtle Beach, and that it had kayaks and other items included. We LOVED staying in a quieter part of town, with convenient parking right by the door, and made tons of trips by Kayak to the secluded beach a little further south. Sunrise over the pier is a must see! Staff was friendly and we had everything we needed in the room for the beach (beach umbrella was really helpful!)

The location was very good. The apartment was clean. The king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen has a really nice refrigerator and stove along with a Keurig, decent cookware, and all you need for meals. Great shower in the bathroom along with plenty of clean towels. Siesta Key beach was gorgeous. The total price for the apartment was quite reasonable specially in comparison with the other rentals on Siesta Key.

This location was really close to the beach. Plus they made it easy. They had a Beach Wagon, some folding beach chairs, and a cooler for your use. This made it wonderful not to worry and fight about what to take or not take to the beach. The whole point of this trip for me was just to get some warm Florida sun and the Twin Palms at Siesta Keys made it easy to accomplish.

Room had a large, comfy bed, and a small kitchen with a stove and refrigerator which was a nice bonus - especially if you want to save money by making your own food. The added beach accessories we were allowed to cart around with us were also a great bonus. Beach chairs, towels, and cooler were provided in a cart to take to the beach anytime we wanted.

Conclare was a delightful place to stay. Felt like we were in the Caribbean! Our unit and the amenities were simple but all we needed. Bed was super comfy. Everything was really clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. And the location was amazing. Just steps from the gorgeous Siesta Key beach. Already booked the next stay.

Staff was awesome and very helpful! Every time we walked by a staff member, they always asked if we needed anything and how they could make our stay better. Helped out with beach access and beach supplies that were free to the facility members. Thank y’all so much for the hospitality and professionalism.

The location was 2 blocks from beach. The host did respond quickly to my request to clean black mold out of washing machine but was not able to clean all of it so it was unusable. She sent an exterminator for ant problem and AC repairman for the poor air quality problem. Pool was good.

Location and facilities were perfect. Sleeping accommodations, full kitchen with pots, pans, and everything you'd need to cook and feed a full family. View from the back of the house was awesome with the full wall retractable patio doors was wonderful.
