The bed linen was dirty and stained. I requested new sheets and offered to change the bed myself, but I was informed that no clean linen was available. I was transferred to a new room, but the guests next door were smoking in the room and walkway. According to their policy, the facility is a smoke-free property. **Update: after complaining, I was refunded the total cost of the booking. I had stayed there several times before with no problem and usually brought my own linen.
