The hotel is located right on the beach. There is a shower/rinse off area which makes it nice to de-sand before going back into the hotel. Our room had a balcony which was great for storing all our beach things and air-drying towels and swimsuits. Rooms are a good size, lots of plugs for everyones electronics. Breakfast was great, options were a limited due to the covid stuff, but it was still delicious. Our kids loved the pool. There is a nice shallow play area for them. There is an outside bar and restaurant by the pool.

Just like the other reviewers I’d definitely recommend the excellent breakfast. I wish we had cash on us to leave a tip for the breakfast workers. The bar and grill down by the pool has great food, everything for excellent prices right on the beach. The futon for our fifth guest was firm so I’d suggest asking for two comforters one to lay on top of the futon and one to cover them with. Really nice hotel workers, excellent drinks at the bar and grill. Overall 10/10 would definitely stay again!

I booked a double bed room for two nights. The first night we had a problem! The sheets of one of the beds smelled like PEE. Not kidding !! So first night we could only use one bed Second night, sheets were clean but upstairs guests had loud music all night! Laughing and talking as if they were the only ones at the hotel! It woke me up like every two hours! So second night wasn’t much better! So I would look into other hotels if you’re planning to visit South Padre Island.

I was kinda worried being that it was the cheapest hotel at SPI that day , I was worried it wouldnt be clean and could possibly smell like fungus like all cheap hotels at spi are, to my surprise , the exterior was very clean and very nicely painted , the office smelled and was very clean, staff was amazing and the room smelled very well cleaned , touched all surfaces and NOT one bit of dust. I loved it i will totally come back again ❤️🙌🏽 and it was the cheapest hotel.

Hotel is located right on the beach. Pool is large and clean. Easy beach access. We got a room with a King bed. Room was spacious with separate kitchen. Room walls are thick, good sound insulation. We had a small balcony looking down at the pool. Look left and we can see the bay. Look right and you can see the Gulf. Blackout curtains in windows. Beds were comfortable. Good water pressure so high up.

The tables were beautiful. The beds weren’t too hard like so many of the hotel beds these days are. Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer combo made our family’s stay budget friendly. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, pots, pizza & 8x8 pans, utensils, dinner ware etc., wine glasses and the typical cheap plastic set of kitchen utensils. The coffee maker was a Keurig.

I have been staying at this property since the 80’s, when it was the Sheraton. The location has always been its best draw, being right on the beach, and way down on the southern end of SPI—and that still holds true. The staff is always great. unfortunately, the rest of the hotel is not on par with the staff.

The hotel staff was nice. It's located on the beach. They only use internet for TV. The office doesn't always have staff on duty Music on patio all hours but not heard in rooms when door closed.

A really great place to stay in South Padre Island. Just a short walk to the beach. Nice and comfy rooms, a great breakfast and very nice staff. I would definitely come back.

The only things that were good about this hotel was the location, right on the beach and on the 8th floor the south and north view of the sea is beautiful.

The rooms were bright and user friendly. I liked my stay there. Would definitely return. It is a small hotel, but I will return.

I liked that this hotel is just a short walk to the beach. We also got to enjoy the fireworks from Claytons rion on tthe beach.

The actual hotel room looked a lot better than the rest of the hotel.

The room was nice and clean and location of the hotel was great.

my wife and I enjoyed our stay. everything was amazing, from the room, the hot water, large restroom, extra pillows, the balcony. all in all we had a sweet weekend!

This was a convenient stay. We loved it. Pool was great! We love the band and bar at night. We didn't have to drive anywhere for entertainment.

The view was beautiful. The beds were soft. The linens were soft. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, clean, and wash. Very pleased.

Location and overall accomodation is very nice. The Condo building is one of the best at this destination
