Just came here to pick my mother up from an international flight that came in late in the night. We drove down from Sacramento and stayed at the embassy suites just so we didn’t have to drive back the same night. Not much else in South San Francisco other than the airport.

I like that's it’s not busy like union square. Perfect spot to come back to after a days adventure. We bought a city go pass and did four things. The boat tour of the bridge, the California science academy, the aquarium at the bay, and the exploratorium. All worth it. Kids loved it and they do not want to go home!

I always stay in south San Francisco because it’s only about 30 minutes away from downtown. South San Francisco is more peaceful, quiet, everything is close by, you have tons of parking and you don’t have to pay for meters or park in a parking structure were it cost about $45 a day.

I liked the continental breakfast (eggs, bacon/ham/sausage depending on the day, cereal, waffles, etc). The staff were friendly and attentive and made us feel like valued customers. The shuttle to the airport was very helpful

I enjoy staying away from the busy city.
I enjoy staying away from the busy city. Driving around the city gets a bit overwhelming and it’s nice to drive 30 minutes to other cities from South San Francisco. We ate breakfast at the hotel and enjoyed eating at the Ferry Marketplace, Pier 39 in the city. BJ’s and Sky Dragon Chinese in South San Francisco. In the city we parked and walked a lot, the Westfield mall is massive! We used an Uber to get back to our original destination. Both the Golden Gate Bridge and the Bay Bridge are beautiful! Great city light views from Treasure Island. We need to come back to explore.
“The overall design of the hotel is amazing. Very modern and luxurious with updated facilities. Extremely clean and wonderful staff. Very pricy room but it’s compensated with the location and experience you’ll have staying at this hotel. ”
“I liked the location of this charming little hotel. Basic amenities, a short walk to shopping. It's about a 30 minute Uber ride to Fisherman's Wharf, which came out to$20 for 3 people. They gave us a free upgrade and where the perfect hosts.”

How does it work?
1
It starts with a booking
The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
And finally, a review
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
