    Convenient breakfast in the morning for a fee. Great location you are literally wishing 10 minutes of any store or restaurants. The decor was extremely old and chipped room needs renovation as everything was dated. You could tell there have been zero upgrades or renovations for many years. Hotel in general was modern and nice rooms lack the attention the lobby and public areas possessed. Overall I give it a 6/10. The food was delicious.

    The room was unclean, mattress was awful. Breakfast was in a sack and unhealthy. No coffee or drink. Need to pay deposit to stay , which was not returned promptly as we were told. Refrigerator in room was loud and noisy.

    We had dinner at the BBQ restaurant there on site the first night. They were very accommodating to our party of 20+. The food was great. We were told about The Original Pancake House for breakfast. It was absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend it. We booked online at Booking.com requesting (3) Deluxe King Suites. The hotel informed us they didn't have king suites so we ended up with (2) queen rooms with two queen beds and (1) king room. We were still charged the amount that would have been for the King Suites. I think the rooms should have been less.

    This place was very scary. Both staff and GM are rude.

    This place was very scary. Both staff and GM are rude. Customers were very upset and GM was calling the police instead of talking to customers with kindness. After customers knocked down shielding barriers and walked out the GM was walking out to take videos on his cellphone after he caused the customers such unhappiness it was scary and sad.

    Staff were very rude. Hotel refused to entertain our breakfast even though confirmed by booking.com. We had to wait one hour to sort our breakfast issues of 9 people and this was very disturbing and embarrassing. Rooms were not cleaned properly. The reception sofas are dirty, damaged, and clearly visible of the poor management on the hygiene and ambience.

    If you are interested in LTU, the location is perfect. The rooms are big and comfortable. The beds were OK. The receptionist (Blaine) was very nice and helpful and tried to make up for the hotel's deficiencies in any way she could.
