I switched my booking to this hotel from another just a few days before my trip, drawn in by the enticing city view that was exactly as shown in the photos :) I stayed in a room on the 6th floor that offered a view of Manhattan from both the room and the shower. Unfortunately, I encountered very bad weather, which led me to spend more time in the room than planned. I tried out the TV, which offered a wide selection of channels and movies. The hotel's location is convenient, being about three blocks from a subway station and eight blocks from another station where express lines stop. The staff was exceptional and fulfilled every request. The breakfast options are quite basic. Conveniently, there is a store right at the entrance to the nearest subway, a Costco about 12 blocks away, and a laundry service three blocks away.

This is our second time staying, and nothing changed. The location is great, nearby bus stop to easy go and coming back. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. They have an ample of breakfast option. Staff were very friendly. Check in and check out went smoothly. WE liked it that water bottles were included, reaching the room after a long flight, the water was a blessing.
