The staff was wonderful and so helpful when the electricity went out, they helped me down the stairs with my dogs and luggage. They also went the extra step to get a generator to make coffee in the morningin the dining area. Thank you so much.

Liked · The location is right across the street from a quite beach. The beach is also large and not very many people. The entrance to beach has a little store and restaurant with bathrooms. In the morning there are Yoga classes and at night there is always some type of music from local musicians. The owners of the hotel put a lot of money into their rooms and decorations and furniture so more like staying in your own beach home. They have great light breakfast with donuts and pastries from a local bakery that taste like the old days, and it is free with your stay. They also provide Beach Chairs and umbrellas for their guest no charge. All of the employees are super nice and very helpful. The hotel is also in walking distance of Old Town Venice which has great shops and Restaurants. Also, the Ocean and beach have a lot of fossil and Shark teeth if you're into that. We stay here every time we go to Venice Beach FL. The Sunset is also Awesome at the beach

The downtown area is beautiful, just wish they had the trolley's running in September, and had more flea markets/farmers markets out in the public! Detwiler's is an AMAZING farmers market with the freshest and affordable meats and vegetables from local farmers!

Venice is a beautiful city.
Venice is a beautiful city. The people are so friendly, and from where we stayed (Banyan House B&B) everything we planned was within a 5 - 10 mile trip. The Farmer's Market to Historic Venice was within walking distance. We took nightly walks after eating at delicious venues like Waterfrontoo and Pinchers. Along our walk we saw gorgeously historic homes. I could imagine retiring in the Venice area. On Sunday morning, we visited Christ Venice Church, where we met a team of the most friendly people in the State of Florida.
I HIGHLY recommend spending some time here. You will NOT be disappointed!

This was a nice smaller town.
This was a nice smaller town. It was great for relaxing, which is what we needed. You can walk to restaurants and ice cream shops if you are staying near the beach- We loved our stay At The Beach Retreat at Casey Key.

The area is beautiful.
The area is beautiful. We love going down to beach area also the restaurants are amazing. Unfortunately our hotel between the roaches and duct tape for holders to open up cabinets was completely unsatisfying. The beds were very uncomfortable overall that place needs to be redone.

We actually stayed in Nokomis which is near Venice.
We actually stayed in Nokomis which is near Venice. It is laid back and great for couples or solo travelers. Downtown Venice didn't seem very busy or crowded. We just did a drive by in Venice but it didn't look like much was going on midweek.

We had such a wonderful stay in Venice Beach Villas! It is a quiet and peaceful place, nice apartments with all you need. We really liked all the equipment for our shark teeth search which is available at Venice beach Villas. They have also bikes you can take for a ride, umbrellas and beach chairs for your trip to the beach, pool towels for the nice pool, parking space, so everything just perfect! We can only recommand this place for a very relaxing stay.

Very close walk to the beach, good maintend grill and privat place on the backside to the river.
Technical staff check everything arround and ask on a daily base, that everything is fine.
Customer can see that they take care about to bring a good Service for the customers.
