I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my $100 deposit back and I have yet to receive it I would never recommend this hotel to anyone because it seems like they are stealing money when I called about my money don't nobody know nothing horrible getto business.

We live in West Monroe out past the paper mill. I love living here. I was born in Delhi and was raised in this area. I have watched it grow and prosper my whole life. There are so many different things to see and experience depending on what you come here for. Antique Alley is a great place to start!

The property is in a good location right off the interstate.
The property is in a good location right off the interstate. This made for a great stop over location with traveling cross country. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Plenty of parking and the breakfast was a bonus.

I love West Monroe,it always feels like home when I'm there,I want to move there really bad and hopefully one day I will but until then I will keep going once a month if not more. I especially love how nice the people are and the nature trails you can find and experience!

I like West Monroe because my family live in the Monroe area, I come there so I can see my daughter, grandchildren,and great grandchildren Monroe itself is not my favorite place, the traffic in the shopping areas is always is bad and the road layouts are confusing and right down scary, parts of Monroe are dangerous. The altercation that took place at check-in was due to lack of training with the employees when a guests uses outside vendor to make reservation. The swimming pool was the only reason we chose to go there and upon our arrival the pool was close as well as the restaurant so we had to go find a place to eat . Room had dirty towels and soap had blond hair all over it . We were charged twice for the room and didn't receive our refund for a month as once again no one knew how to use a credit card machine . This is by far the worst stay that I have ever experienced at a price that is way over priced and the sad thing is that the pictures on the website are great but the reality is horrible.OtisUnited States of America

That room at hairs on the bed and it's pillows. The bathroom was filthy and there actually dried blood on the light fixture. Because the room was disgusting, I asked for a different room. She took me to Room 213, which was just as filthy. Finally, I was moved to Room 219, which was the lesser of 3 evils. Please see the attached photos.

I did not stay at the room, I only left my families clothes in the room for the first day. The water was brown and there was hair all over the tub and the toilet was broken.
