Great hotel with good beds, spacious rooms, nice personnel and a great location. The beach is at walking distance. Loved the view of salt water marsh from the backyard. Good breakfast (with a pancake machine!). We had a great stay.

This area is perfect for touristy groups who want to be near many mini-golf attractions and shops. There are numerous gift shops as well as several consingment/thrift shops. We highly recommend the Skipper for chowder and the Yarmouth House for their three courses sunset dinners (served 3 - 5:45pm).

We went mini golfing and enjoyed that.

We went mini golfing and enjoyed that. Otherwise we spent most of our time exploring surrounding beaches and towns up and down the cape. West Yarmouth was our central home base on the cape but not our area of interest for exploring

It was convenient to other please we were going to.

It was convenient to other please we were going to. Walking distance to the beach; the road right after the motel. There was a restaurant/club a few steps away which was a plus and we found a local restaurant, the Longfellow Pub which was excellent and a new restaurant for us after coming to the Cape many times.

PROXIMITY TO DELICIOUS FOOD AND BEACHES, AS WELL AS SHOPPING NEARBY. YARMOUTH INN RESTAURANT WAS WONDERFUL. THE FRIED CLAMS AT SKIPPERS WERE THE BEST I HAVE HAD. WE PLAYED MINITATURE GOLF AT A NICE COURSE. SMUGGLERS BEACH WAS OUTSTANDING. THE WATER WAS WARM AND PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL. IT WAS PROBABLY THE NICEST DAY WE HAD.

    I booked 2 rooms.

I booked 2 rooms. First room: Dirty napkins and a beer tab fell out of the covers of the bed when I pulled them back. Hair in the tub. The bar insert of the prefab shower fell out when I leaned on it to wash my feet. (I weigh 165#) The vent of the bathroom was dirty/dusty, razor cover was found by the sink. The bed spread seemed to be from the 1960's, all furnishings were old and outdated. Mattress springs squeaked. In general, not a clean room. The second room: also old and outdated furnishings, and not clean. My daughter did not feel safe with 4 access doors- that's right, 4 of them. Two front doors and 2 back doors. They combined 2 rooms so that there was a kitchenette with a cheap pull-out sofa and table/chairs in each of the "rooms." None of us slept well. Staff did not stay on premises overnight. Had to call and find out what to do with the keys as we checked out at 6:45am. Was told to leave them in the mailbox! Will not be back. Ever.
