I would not care to send anyone to this facility. The lack of respect from even 1 employee is enough for me to not come back. If they can't take out the trash without putting it in a travelers vehicle I don't need to be there at all

Very disappointed with my recent stay at your motel The toilet ran all night, there was a leak under the sink carpet was wet, behind the bathroom door there was drawn on pictures. The hot breakfast was cold small muffins with coffee and the juice machine was broken. Upon returning to the room after dinner there is a horrible smell like a skunk in the halls. For what we paid for not very satisfied. Will not be giving you any recommendations for other stays in your area

Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel is older and run down. A towel bar fell off the wall. The tv quit working. The pool was closed. The bathtub had a non-slip base that looked dirty due to its age. Paint was chipping off the bathroom wall.

Absolutely terrible! My car was stolen right in front of the hotel! The police told me that it happens there a lot. The police told me to ask the front desk if they had security cameras, the clerk said she didn’t have access to them and refused to contact the manager. The police told me they don’t have adequate security cameras and no security. I had no choice under the circumstances and they refused to give me any discount even though my car was stolen on their property right in front on the building. The front desk clerk was amazingly rude with absolutely zero compassion. She said, “if we give you a discount everyone will start saying their car was stolen” I guess the police report of the actual theft meant nothing. I had to pay full price for the convenience of having my car stolen. Stay as far away from this place as possible! The room wasn’t what I reserved and they have bed bugs.

I had a booked reservation got their at 8:00 p.m. and we had no room they were totally overbooked and those that came first got the rooms before we got them that booked, I worked at a motel in Kansas for 20 yrs and have never seen anything so bad in my life, it was raining cats and dogs out and I don't know what was going on if rooms were probably being rained into for the carpet was up by the desk it was dirty and very stinky in their like mold or something dirty wet, it was aggravating we didn't have our room but still I wouldn't have stayed their if we did, it was extremely bad, luckily we were able to stay at the Comfort Inn down the street, they were clean and smelled great and had a breakfast. I will never ever try and stay at the Super 8 in Wheat Ridge it was God awful. It was very, very sad I can tell you, the desk clerk didn't even know what to say. I actually felt sorry for her.

Seriously best super 8 ever!! Highly recommend for those that need/want a smoking room that doesn’t have that “methy” vibe, ya know? I felt safe & clean at this location.. and the staff is super friendly. Will be staying here every time I visit Denver area from now on.
